For once, this was a trip that was a meshing of interests. At least, it turned out to be. In typical young child style, Noah had needed to drag Adhara to the aquarium in the first place, but now that she was here, he wondered if he'd have to drag her out. The spawn currently had her face as well as her tentacles pressed up against the glass wall of a tank full of manta rays. Noah watched with a bemused smile on his face before he spoke up. "Adi, hun, you're gon'na scare the fish."
She pulled herself away from the tank, trying to keep from smiling as she acted pouty; something that she wasn't too good at. She stretched out her wings and let them settle back into place before she turned around completely, glad that the aquarium was so empty today. "What're you talking about, Noah? The fish love me!!" she said dramatically, tossing her arms out to the sides before pressing her palms to her cheeks and imitating fish gills, puckering her lips and peering up at her guardian. "They are my breth-er-en!"
"Adhara, who taught you that word?" Noah questioned, unable to help laughing at her display, and the following action that involved suctioning herself against the same tank once again, tentacles pressing and jabbing at it as though there was some way to make it through the glass. Noah remained in the same area, but his focus was on the information about all the different sea creatures. Thankfully, though, he was smiling rather than sulking for once. That was always a plus.

O U R A D V E N T U R E "Slythor! Don't run off!" Zephyr called out, but it was of no use. The boy was already gone. Now to deal with having to find him again. He sighed and looked around for a little green haired hoofed boy, no clip clops to follow, and the little clips he made now were drowned out by the people talking.
Slythor was busy following a manta ray to care he had lost hsi parent. It was so huuge and awesome looking, he had to see it more up close. So he dashed off. Eyes staring at the ray in front of him, he didn't bother to check the kid squished up against the glass, and slammed into her with as much force as his powerful legs could carry him.

So submerged was she in watching the few rays that were drifting around the tank in a languid way that made Adhara herself want to fall asleep that her bright amber eyes caught sight of the faster on that whizzed past her. She turned, following the ray with two steps, before getting rammed into from behind, practically face-planting the ground. Noah's reaction times were as pathetically slow as always, and he didn't notice the collision until after it happened; such a caring, observant parent.
Adhara felt tears come to her eyes, one of her tentacles wrapping around her waist, the other petting her cheek comfortingly. When her caretaker finally came out of his daze, he took one of her hands, helping the girl to her feet.
"Come now, Adi, no use crying over spilled milk," he mumbled, and her tears were gone instantly, one of her hands pulling the odd limb from her face.
"What's that mean?" he questioned, but before she got an answer, she caught sight of the boy who'd run into her. She turned on heel and took a step closer to her, the tentacle previously around her waist loosening a bit and moving forward just a bit, the one in her hand squirming uncomfortably.
"Hi!" she squeaked happily, releasing the limb-in-hand to wave at the one-winged boy a bit frantically. She'd slept almost all last night; as a result, she was a bit hyper this morning... well, afternoon.

O U R A D V E N T U R E "Oh, oh dear, I think I've lost him." Zephyr murmured, looking depressed to say the least.
Slythor grinned at the hyperactive girl. "Hi!" He replied, waving just as frantically. It's been a while since he's met someone new, it was exciting, he was excited and he wanted to play. "I'm Slythor! What's your name?" He asked happily, obviously ignoring her guardian. Who needs silly old adults when one could have fun with fellow kids?

Adhara grinned widely at the second spawn that she'd met, stretching out one of her hands to be shaken, but being wary of her tentacles, after what had happened with Adriel last time. "My name's Adhara," she replied, still smiling brightly, but her attention was immediately snatched away as another of the rays came whizzing by. She took her hand back whether it had been shaken or not, and pressed herself against the glass again, trying to see the fish and other animals through the murky water of the aquarium. One of her tentacles, which had previously been reaching toward Slythor's arm, was much dismayed when it was pulled away, forced to change it's own focus to the aquarium, though it was a reluctant effort.
Pulling her face from the glass after having thoroughly smudged it once more, to the irritation of the custodian, she pressed her finger to the glass, pointing to a ray that was lazily spinning and falling about through the tank, before going up higher and falling again, like an autumn leaf. "That one's my favourite! What about your's?"

O U R A D V E N T U R E Zephyr shook his head, sighing. What had he done to deserve this? He quietly waited with the other adult, before giving his hand as a handshake. "Hi. I'm Zephyr."
Slythor nodded and pointed down the hallway. "I saw sharks over there."

Noah blinked at the voice, standing up straight once more and glancing at the man beside him. He went to wave before realizing a hand was outstretched toward him, and he chose to take that instead. "I'm, uh, Noah. A pleasure to meet you, I guess?" he responded, having not been paying enough attention to his surroundings to know why this man was introducing himself to him.
"Really?!" Adhara said, sounding hyper and aghast, which she was. She pointed in the same direction and bounced up and down, smiling widely. "Oh, show me, show me, show me!!"

O U R A D V E N T U R E Zephyr smiled quietly. "Nice to meet you too, Noah. It seems we've stumbled upon each other... in a good way, perhaps?" He asked, before noticing Slythor and Noah's child starting to run off. "It seems out children are running to the shark section. We should go follow before they get lost. This place is pretty crowded."He went off to follow.
Slythor grinned and dashed off, his bird following with a same vigor. He then stopped to point as a shark swam up above them. "See? Told ya! They're so cool! "He grinned and stared with awe and joy.

"Ah!" Something in Noah's brain clicked at the mention of 'their' children. So! that means that this 'Zephyr' was the father of that other heathen- spawn- child. That, then, made much more sense, and he was lucky to have met this one on more favourable circumstances rather than after his daughter's tentacles got all touchy-feely... again. He still wasn't sure if she could control them herself or not, but... that last option seemed much more plausible.
"I would certainly hope it's in a good way," Noah responded with a matching smile, much less standoffish now that he knew what was going on. The man nodded at the second bit, following after Zephyr and, in relation, following the two children. After a moment of walking in silence, he finally spoke up. "So... tell me, what's your son's name again? And... do you know anything about this 'Seven of Seven' place? I adopted Adhara after she was neglected in a previous household, and those freaky-looking scientist guys didn't tell me anything. It was like they were scared that I wouldn't take her if they told me what was going on, y'know?"
Meanwhile, Adhara chased behind Slythor with an exuberance identical to that of the pride child. When they reached the shark tank, she nearly ran into Slythor, as well as actually managing to trip over herself in her amazement. She sat on the floor, staring open-mouthed at the massive creature, a shiver running through her small body.
"Woah..." she murmured, watching as a mass of muscle, scale, and teeth swam past. "They're huge!! And they're really cool, just like you said!" She stood and, again, pressed close to the glass, as though wishing she could break through the glass and swim with the deadly creatures. She then turned her head back to Slythor, grinning. "I like them!!"

O U R A D V E N T U R E "Well..." Zephyr began as they walked. "My child;s name is Slythor. This seven of Seven lab seems to be creating children out of the DNa of demons and angels... How and why I do not know. It worries me somewhat, how they seem to give out kids like a factory and watch them grow up as one would watch a lab rat." He murmured.
Slythor grinned. "Told you! I llike them too! They're really really cool! " He grinned and pushed up against the glass along with his new friend.

"Uh-huh..." Noah said, nodding as he watched Zephyr with a hint of either surprise or confusion, but probably some strange mesh of both of them. Returning to a more normal mindset and facial expression, he let his eyes wander to the fish they were passing, and then back to Zephyr. "I can see how something like that could worry you; I'm a bit unnerved by the whole thing as well, now that I know all of what's going on. Well... not all, but as much as I need to know to be... Um..." Noah trailed off as he got to the point that he wasn't making any sense anymore, and chose instead to stay just a pace behind the other man, as he had been doing, and walking after they're long-vanished children.
Adhara merely smiled as she watched the sharks swim across the tank back and forth, but, as all things did with the diligence spawn, she eventually got bored of doing all that, and instead looked around at all the other shiny things in pools of water. Finally, she gasped in excitement and turned on her toes, tentacles lagging a bit with how energetic she always was. "Do you think that they have octopuses here?!" she squeaked happily, hoping that, since he'd been there at least as long as she had, he might know what else was in the large, fish-filled building.

O U R A D V E N T U R E Zephyr nodded in an agreeing way."I think I see them." He stated, speeding up his pace eagerly. He did not want his son lost and then getting himself into trouble.
Slythor grinned and looked around. He shrugged at the question before grabbing Adhara's hand and tugging. "Let's go look over in the next one!" He dashed off draggin the girl and leaving behind their parents.

Adhi laughed at how nonchalantly Slythor had shrugged off the question, and allowed herself to be pulled to the next exhibit. She ran to try and keep up, shoes clacking loudly on the floor, eyes trying to take in as much of the smaller fish as she could, before a dark shadowy blob caught her attention. With a gasp, she hollered, "Waitaminute, Slythor!!" She did her best to skid to a stop and slip out of the other child's grasp, before grabbing his arm and tugging him back to where she'd seen the big shadow.
Upon returning, she plastered her face, trying to see through the murky water, before a suction-cupped tentacle smacked itself onto the glass. Gasping, she fell backward at the sudden noise and appearance of the tentacle, before she stood back up, and the large octopus pulled itself slowly into view. "Lookit, Slythor!!" she chirped, as though the boy wasn't right beside her, bouncing up and down as her tentacles poked curiously at the being with limbs that much resembled themselves.
"Hm?" Noah blinked, before realizing what the other meant and hurrying a bit as well. That was until the kids started running again. Mumbling something about kids having too much energy, he continued after them. That was until his daughter halted, turned around, and bolted in the other direction. Noah skidded to a stop, and turned, looking with confusion back at the kids, and then at Zephyr. "I will never understand children," he commented, before heading back the way they'd come, as the two were no longer out-of-sight. Or, at least, not for now.

O U R A D V E N T U R E Zephyr sighed in relief as he found the kids staring at an octopus. He smiled leaned against the glass contently.
Slythor stared. "Wow! IT looks kinds like you! I think it's called an octopus!" He grinned and plastered himself to the glass with his new friend, staring with wide eyes of wonder. It's been a while since he's felt this... awed.

Noah, analytical as always, first noticed the kids -after all, that's what they'd been looking for after the two had ran off- but what really caught his attention was more the information about the large octopus that was pressing itself against the glass. He chuckled softly when Slythor made a comment about the sea creature looking like his daughter, as it was true. And it was only made more obvious given the fact that Adhara was also pressing herself as close to the glass as she could possibly get.
"Really?" she asked the boy, and giggled happily, wings fluttering a bit as the rest of her was pressed as close as she could get to the tank. It seemed like she was trying to pretend that she was in the water with the octopus, that supposedly looked like her. That, or she was trying to get a better look at it. Noah briefly wished that he had brought a camera.
