My boyfriend HATES mayo so for a mayo eater like myself it's hard to find things to put on sandwiches.
So, any suggestions? I'm trying to keep us both happy, which I have to say, is a chore!

Are you trying to give up mayo because he does not like it or are you trying to get ideas of what to put on his? Certainly don't give up things you like. My suggestion is to ask him what he likes on his sandwhich if not mayo. If he likes dressings they are a nice additive such as honey mustard dressing or ranch on chicken sandwhiches. Even a ranch burger is yummy. Give it the moisture your lookking for and alot of flavor. Hope this helps some.

I made a steak and ciabatta sandwich with pesto mayo and I swear it was one of the best lunches I'd had in a while. I let it sit for about 15 minutes while I was making a side and the pesto made friends with the steak juices. Oi, heaven.

Perhaps you can try to sue super ripe avocado instead of mayo. It is AS creamy as mayo, but without the taste. Also, maybe you can mix a little relish and ketchup with mayo to make the famous "Secret" sauce that they put on Big Macs at that crazy M place!!! Also, try Nayonaise, it's a vegan product that is close to mayo, but a little different! Use cream cheese as a spread too! Good luck! cheese_whine cheese_whine cheese_whine
