 It was early morning and Aiane was bursting with energy. She was so happy and full of life even thought the sun had barely breached the sky. Just the night before her best friend Akuba, or Nymph, had agreed to travel to her home with her. She had stayed the night at his and now they were happily on their two day journey. The Teepee they had just left was still insight as Aiane trotted forward, turning to Akuba as she did she smiled. "It's a lovely day today isn't it?"

Akuba smiled this mare made him feel special,"too early to tell, but I guess it is a the moment.|He trotted to come closer to her a little and called back,"Bansha are you coming",nearly waking everyone and everything up.
"Nah, I have things to do,have fun love horses",Bansha crept away into a bush.
Akuba turned to Aiane and caught up with her,"let's go!"
He was exited, but didn't show any where could Aiane live.

She looked up and smiled. "Nope it'll defiantly be a beautiful day! I'm sure." She looked at Akuba and flicked her long tail. "Who is Bansha? is he your friend?" She tried to see who had spoken in response but only saw a retreating tail. Aiane smiled a little brighter and started to trot forward. "I hope I remember the way. I don't have that good of memory."

"That's okay we can wing it, now all we need is some wings",Aku couldn't help that bad joke",yes, Bansha is my little wolf friend, he's had alot of lady friends around lately, i'm not so happy about that, he's usually very quiet, he becomes more confident early morning or at night a bit snappy around then, but at day he hardly says a thing",Akuba trotted along side her, the ground is level, but won't be the whole way through.

Aiane smiled and started to laugh when he made the horrible pun, even though she thought it was hilarious! She stayed at the same pace and soon her laughter subsided. She looked behind herself almost as if she was expecting to see the wolf there. "To bad he didn't join us I would have loved to have met him." She looked forward again the same smile that was common on her face continued to shine.

"Next time I'll make him come with us,even if i have to drag him,"Akuba tried not to pierce her with his sharp eyes.soon they arrived in a forest at the trunk of a big tree, birds sat in the tree fussing, I once knew someone who could talk to birds, I'm still trying to learn how to breathe underwater."

Aiane started to picture Bansha being dragged by Akuba and stared to giggle. "You don't half to do that for me Nymph." She smiled and flicked her ear's when they came near the big tree with the birds. When Akuba mentioned a Soquili being able to speak with birds she decided she had to try it. She walked up to the birds and smiled brightly. "Hello little bird's, I am Aiane and this is Akuba. I was wandering if you would like to chat?" She stared at the birds who stayed where they where then flew away scared of the large horse. She frowned slightly disappointed. She looked over to Akuba and smiled hiding all of her disappointment inside. "I guess I can't speak with them... Oh well."

"Ooh, it's been a while since I was taught, I know the basics"Aku started to make a noise which doesn't normally and shouldn't really come from horses,the birds turned around and sat a a few branches a bit higher,"I told them not to be scared, I can't remember who taught me, but I remember being taught."

Aiane looked at him blinked then looked at the bird's who had just returned. Her smile grew large and wide and she looked at Akuba her eyes shining. "Nymph your amazing!!" Was all she could manage in her amazment.

Akuba clamped his eyes shut and gave a big cheesy grin,"now I shall say something horrible and scare them, like,'gimme all you chickies and eggs', joking!"
Some kind of berry bush was growing on the side of the tree trunk,a bit odd, all the birds were feeding off of it, Aku decided to try some,"Ack, I'm dying",Akuba fell on his side, and closed his eyes and lay there for a couple of secs,"mmmm...tasty"
Akuba got back up,"hope I didn't scare you!"

Aiane smiled and laughed when he spoke of the scary things he would say to the bird's as a joke. She followed him to the bush and sniffed at it. Her ears swiveled and pointed at Akuba as he said the word Dying. She stared at him speechless and scared as he fell. When he showed signs of life she started to bawl tear's rolling down her face even though she still wore a smile. "Don't scare me like that Nymph" Was all she could manage between sobs.

"I promise not to again",This little joke obviously upset her and he didn't like her to be upset.Akuba nuzzled her coat,"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you",Akuba was astonished and touched that she already felt this way about him,and she could smile though everything,"you can keep smiling though everything,huh?"
Akuba couldn't deal with it, he didn't know what to do to stop her crying, her crying disheartened him a little, maybe he shouldn't be so jokey.

The tear's flowing from Aiane's eye's slowly started to stop when he nuzzled her. The fact that he had a body as warm as his meant he was alive. She brushed some of the left over tear's onto his fur and smiled once again this time tearless. "Thank you Nymph your so sweet." She rested her head on his shoulder and closed her eye's. "Smiling help's make the sadness leave, because smiling mean's your happy. If I don't smile then I would be sad, and being sad is something I do not want to be." She couldn't tell but she was worried if her crying made Akuba sad, she didn't want him to be sad.

Akuba gestured for her to follow him and they continued down the path they were going, the birds fled.

Aiane looked up at him his words confused her. Once she started to understand what he had said her face got red from embarrassment. "I've never been told that before I don't know what to say, but it makes me so happy, and it makes my face go all hot like." She followed him at a steady pace beside him her blush went down to a small flush as she watched him in the corner of her eye's.
