Short bio: Ratten was originally a psychic, highly intelligent rat, but he transformed himself into a human several years ago to go to school here with his adopted (human) brother, Max. In their second year, they had to leave under little explained circumstances. Now, after Max's death, Ratten has decided to return to the school to try to become more powerful. He can no longer change back to his original form, since it's lifespan has been over for quite a while.
Personality: Ratten is very scientifically minded, and often experiments with his abilities. He has trouble empathising with other people, and generally tries to avoid ones he doesn't know well.
