In China's traditional culture and art, the fish and water designs are symbols of prosperity and harvest. And so Beibei carries the blessing of prosperity. A fish is also a symbol of surplus in Chinese culture, another measure of a good year and a good life.
The ornamental lines of the water-wave designs are taken from well-known Chinese paintings of the past. Among Fuwa, Beibei is known to be gentle and pure. Strong in water sports, she reflects the blue Olympic ring.
Description: Gentle and caring, Beibei loves the world she lives in and would do anything to protect it and her friends. She believes in the good in all creatures and life in all things. She is pure of heart and strong in spirit. Though she may weep, Beibei will not break easily. More will be added here as she RPs.

Meaning of Name: Fuyu is a Japanese word meaning: winter. He is the physical manifestation of winter.

And yes, my name is of meaning as well. Fuyu is a Japanese word meaning winter. I am called that because I embody the season of winter. The silver swirl-like markings that you were so fond of are the harsh chilling winds of winter. The markings around my ankles are the gentle snow of winter's kinder side. The dark midnight of my body is the dark of a winter's night. The red of my left eye is of the blood of those who die within winter's grasp. The green of my right eye is the knowledge that no matter how long the winter, spring will eventually come.
Description: Like the two extremely different, contrasting, colors of his eyes, Fuyu has two sides as well.
One side is what everyone sees. This Fuyu is quiet and genial, politely interested in the things around him and yet politely distanced as well. This Fuyu is calm and mellow and doesn't object to casual conversation and casual flirting. He is unruffled and takes everything in stride. He loves to talk beliefs and wonderings. He appreciates beauty and art, and enjoys being alone to some extent.
The other side of Fuyu is much darker, seen only by those who get too close. This side of Fuyu has been used, abused, betrayed, and abandoned. This Fuyu is chilling and harsh, driving the truth home with ice in his eyes. He is cold and uncaring, savoring the pain he can inflict upon others with just words. This Fuyu laughs in the face of true love and can feel only pain.
Breeding: To get this far with Fuyu, you'll need to overcome his inner pain. Though he may push you away, you need to keep trying. If you give up, you'll only fail him.

Background: To be frank, Emergency is insane.
He believes himself to be a "Pokemon" known as a "Flareon" who is owned by a trainer. His "trainer" is a young girl of 13 years by the name of Crystal. However, Crystal is very famous in her land of "Pokemon" so she has to use an alias of "Mercury Sky" in order to travel without getting mobbed by fans.
Description: Emergency is firecely loyal to Crystal and it deeply bothers him that other Gladiers can't see or hear her. Thus, to help make her understood, Emergency often repeats her words. He views his name as special because he knows that most Pokemon Trainers just call their Pokemon by their species name rather than a given name.
He loves challenges and adventures. He loves battling side by side with Crystal. He loves the smell of a good fire. He enjoys going exploring and having fun. He isn't too keen on swimming but he does it to grow stronger.
