I'm such an instigator.
Guild banner = needed, I guess. But instead of having someone else's already-done art of a dragon, or a collection of pre-existing DragCave sprites, how about we do something different?
Since this is Gaia... how about a Gaia Dragon?
Anyone have ideas for one? I need to get sketching!

oooh, and another idea: Lets have a banner-contest, the winner gets 1k gold or something like such, just something small to focus on the fun parts of the contest smile

That does sound fun! We could have maybe two contests, one to make a Gaia dragon, and then another one to put it into a banner. Hmm, but for an idea for the gaia dragon, what about a pink one? If you look at the guilds banner thing, its pink and yellow, so maybe those should be its colors?

Drawings and suggestions, even detailed descriptions, are all acceptable. I can offer myself up to make the final artwork and sprite for our dragon, if you want. DA, for those curious =3

I don't know if this is too cliche or whatever, but the dragon could curl in the form of a G, maybe in a curl, wit the head being the part of the G that faces inward.

Hey I love the idea lol but please no pink. When I think of a cool dragon I dont think pink. So please anything but pink. I really suck at drawing, but I did draw this picture of 2 dragons its on my pro if anyone wants to see it. If you guys like it you can use it, maybe.... lol umm yeah I forgot what else I was going to say so if I remember it I shall type it later

Gaia doesn't really have any colors, although for the banner background it could have the flags of the four towns.

I myself was going to go with the default blue-gray color they have all over Gaia, as opposed to the pink, and use the main town colors for markings. I'll see what I can whip up today.

I ended up with THIS. Drawn extra small to make it easier to shrink down to spriting size. I'll be playing with colors next. There's a sketch of a "hatchling" version as well, with the lowercase G.
