I did find 3 good stores but over all I was very displeased with the stores. I understand the whole internet thing, but in the stores I went to I found Metal, alot of Heavy metal. A Lot. Very rarely did I find folk, and zero viking except for the one Tyr cd i found in one store.
I went to a Store in Oslo called NeseBlod which specializes in death and black Metal. I was VERY unhappy. It was in complete disorder. You couldn't find ANYTHING. I spent a half hour loving over...seriously thousands of cases stacked up to the ceiling to the point where you can't reach it anymore. Disarray, dirty, nothing. I bought Suidakra and Scald to come out with SOMETHING, since I had to take a bus to get there.

I enjoy that too but moveable cases were everywhere stacked up against a row and compacted so tightely you had to take out 5 cd just to be able to flip the stuff. Not fun. NO thrill.

I've been wanting to go to NeseBlod ever since I saw their web site 2 years ago. And besides, stores like that don't have too much money to get a bigger place and inform all their regulars about it at the same time.

I only have one *decent* music store where I live which specialises in rock, but it contains hip hop confused and it still doesnt contain much in the way of folk metal... all of the other stores are big corporate things with chart/mainstream music.
