Another night, another failed attempt to remain awake long enough to at least catch a glimpse of the dawn sun. This of course left the sun dreamer in another of his usual sour moods. Well, part of him at least. Another flick of his long tail and he circles the tree he'd slept beneath the day before and just sits on his haunches, waiting for something to peak his interest, or some hapless creature to come by and let him vent.

It was just then that a bunny hopped by, flicking long ears and whiskers at the bright and glowy male.
Eyes like the sun peered at the white creature, at first with a look of annoyed boredom. But then, his lip twitch. And curved upward to a slow and delighted smile. His tail swayed around his ankle. "B...." Akori blinked, before making a sudden pounce. "BUNNY!" He wanted to give it a warm hug!

Seconds into the pounce he shakes his head quickly, landing just short of the furry creature. "Wait, just WHAT was I going to do??"

What? Why was his body so stiff suddenly? There was a stirring of foreign irritation that cut his moods, and Akori shook his head softly. Glowy eyes watched half-heartedly as the rabbit disappeared. "Wyaaa, that could have been so fun." D; The male twitched his tail, causing a trickle of unnatural light in the dark of midnight forestry. "Now there's nothing to hug."

Well now, this was something new. he could distinctly feel some.. disappointment in seeing that rabbit getting away. Was it because he could have attacked and let loose some pent up frustration? No, no it didn't feel like that. He bristles his fur. Perhaps it was someone nearby that Dreamt of powers of the mind, messing with him. Well, he'd show them! He turns to stalk off towards a clearing, where he would have a full view of the surrounding area and spot anyone nearby, or so he hoped.

"Bunnyyyyy!" Akori snuffed to himself, deflating as the rabbit vanished. Well fine! Maybe that was why he was so moody. That the other had left him without play. But it was quite to ignore as the glowy male wandered through the meadow, peeking up often to see the stars. Just how much longer till sun up?

Ah yes, the sun. Why had he forgotten that little thought. The sun always seemed to mock him, only rising when he couldn't stay awake any longer to finally catch a glimpse of it. ell not this time! He'd stay up, and not let himself give into being tired, or how much the slowly increasing light hurt his eyes. "I'll show you you can't hide from me!" But, from how dark it was he'd have at east a few more hours to sulk about waiting.

His tail slapped against his flanks, and Akori smirked to himself. Who needed the sun, to be honest? His pelt was a radiant glow all its own. Like a solar god placed in the dark of night to help others. He should feel thankful, estatic even! But the dark was also lonely. No one else within sight or awakeness to be of use for. Sighing to himself, Akori padded through the meadow.Alone with just his thoughts. But even those could turn bossy or annoying at times. Maybe it was lack of good sleep?

Where were all these sad feelings coming from all of a sudden? he wasn't sad about the sun, he was angry! The sun shouldn't hide from him when he longed to only see it! It should let him bask in its warm rays. Hmph, again, all this thinking in circles, he seemed to be doing it a lot lately. Shaking his head quickly to chase the thoughts away again Akori paces in a tight circle, dragging a claw through the ground to trace his path and make an outline of what could be the shape of the sun, if it really was a big disk in the sky like he'd heard. "A poor copy."
