While juggling the overly cherry baby in her arms and making sure that the door was locked behind her, Julia grumbled some low incoherent words under her breath. The girl was in the mood to really scream them out, but she could possibly disturb other occupants, which in honesty, wasn't what she cared about. It was the the fact that the baby in her arms might also learn to say these words, and she definitely can't bring home a baby that knew swear words!

Julia quickly marched down the stairs and sighed when she heard the infant in her arms let out a small giggle. Was Julia suppose to laugh along with her? If she even tried to smile right now, the baby would probably start crying. Julia sighed as soon as she reached the first floor.

"It'd be nice if I could meet with that professor again...and maybe get some more straight forward answers..."

Layla swiftly turned around in her chair, brought her feet down off the desk, and popped a bubble that was beginning to form. She placed the magazine down on the table and stood up. "Isn't she the most adorable baby you've ever seen? She's cute. I'd say she's one of Professor Thorn's better works. I do love her face, aha. Well, I'll get the professor for you. I'll be right back." and with that, she left the woman and child, to go into the back room.

When she returned, she said, "The Professor will be right with you." She then picked up her magazine, and sat back in her comfortable position, placing another bud from her MP3 player in her ear.

In about three minuets, the Professor came out of his room. "Oh, if it isn't Julia and child. Welcome back. I hope you slept well. Is there anything wrong? Or do you have some more questions for me? Now I can fully answer questions, as you now know what this place really is, or so I think." he said, leading them both over to the couches, and he sat down in his chair, same as the night prior.

"Oh right, I didn't even decide a name for her yet..." Julia muttered when she heard the professor refer the baby as "child". But that wasn't the most important thing at the moment. Julia would decide it once she returns home, if the girl ever will.

Sitting down on the couch, Julia sighed as she readjusted the baby so she would sit comfortably on her lap. "I-is this really my reward? Where did she come from? Why was she given to me?" That was only a few of the many questions she planned on making this professor explain, for sure!

The Professor readjusted himself on his chair. "Well, let me see if I can help this out a bit further. Guro! Please, come here. Oh, Layla, please go get Guro. I need him to help me. I'm sorry, Guro is my son, much like your daughter there. But yes, this is your reward. I know it seems very strange, me giving you a baby...but she's very nice. She...I know this sounds weird, but, she came from your violin. The one you had given to me is the one used to create this baby. You see, the research I'm doing is giving these babies good homes, but also the formulas for doing so. For example, I needed some more experiments. Guro is the first, and you and Lucy are the newer experiments. You see, I have created these Projects, or so I call them, out of the items given to me by their guardians. I feel that the guardians have the qualities of a good parent, so I give them away to those specific guardians. I don't really know if you understand though, but that's what I am getting at." he said. The speech took a bit, but within that time, Layla had gone into the back bedroom, and came back out. "He's coming uncle." she said, smiling, then going back to her post.

Within a couple of minuets, a boy with gold-like skin and white hair came out of the room. "Yes father? Layla told me you wanted me? Oh, and this must be the new recruit! Oh, father, you did great work on the new child! I love her. Her face is so special. She's very cute." he said, smiling, walking over to the new baby and her guardian. "Oh, I'm Guro by the way. The Professor's son. I'm here to help any way I can." he said, holding his hand out for the baby to grab ahold of, who knew if she would, but he tried. He was great with babies.

Julia nodded her head absentmindedly, as she tried to get all the information into her head. Really, that was a lot of stuff to take in for her. So the baby in her arms came out from the violin? Okay, as long as Julia knew that this man didn't used some freaky experiments on innocent human children, then that was okay with her.

"Me? Qualities of a good parent? I find that hard to believe. Maybe you should have addressed it to my friend of mine. He really likes kids." It was at that moment did Julia see the golden skinned boy appear. She blinked and bended over a little to take a closer look at the boy. The first thing that came to her mind was ,'Yeah, this isn't a normal kid either.' "H-hello...Guro" She greeted after a brief moment of hesitation.

The infant that was sitting comfortably on the girl's lap watched Guro with immense curiosity. She lets out a happy squeal-like sound as she bent over to touch his hand a little.

"Wooah there!" Julia cried out and securely wrapped her arms around the infant's waist so she didn't fall over. "Oh right...speaking of friend...I was told to keep quiet about the letter. But I'm currently living with a bunch of other people, so does that mean I have to keep quiet about the baby as well?"

Either way, it seemed like a lose-lose situation. On one hand, she can tell her future in-laws about the baby she was recently given, and possibly get kicked out of the house. On the other hand, she could keep the baby here at the agency...and probably report herself as an MIA and live the rest of her life in the room provided for her. Not to mention, the guilt would reside in Julia's head forever.

Yeaaah, things would go just smoothly!

Guro then took a seat in the chair next to the Professor. He just kept a kind smile on his face, and only talked to the baby. It was as if the other to people weren't in the room at all. Just Cheryl and himself.

Meanwhile, the Professor then answered the question, "No, you don't have to keep quiet anymore. The only reason why I didn't want to tell of your reward, was knowing that you probably would not have accomplished the task I set before you if I did. How would I sound, in a letter or otherwise, stating that your reward is a baby? No, it's difficult. If you ever need a babysitter, Layla over there needs more of a job. She just sits at that desk chair all day, chewing her gum and reading her magazines." he said with a sigh. "Is there anything else that I can do for you?" he asked, smiling as he did. It was not normal for him to come outright with certain things, but he did anyways.

Now, there was only one more person to meet in this facility, and that was Doctor Luster, but she didn't really come out all that much, she was cooped up in her office all day, awaiting some child visits.

"In the beginning, you didn't seem to want to let out any information. Am I suppose to keep anything a secret from anybody, like my family? If they start asking about where this baby had come from. Should I tell them the truth? Or should I just lie and said I picked her up as some sort of parenting project?"

Julia rested her hand against the infant's hair, gently petting her. In return, the infant lets out gurgling sounds, as if she's very pleased with the soothing touch. The baby seemed to enjoy Guro's company, often letting out incoherent words that a normal baby would often say.

"If worse possible situation comes, then I might end up having to need a baby sitter here..."

The Professor smiled at Julia and shook his head. "No need to keep it a secret unless you want to dear. It's totally up to you. I just don't really want angry deranged parents knocking at my doors telling me things and shouting. I can't handle shouting. I'd be forced to stick them with a calming solution so that they could rest peacefully. But no worries, there is no need to keep anymore secrets." he stated, smiling yet.

He then looked at Guro, who seemed to be having an interesting time with the child. He would sit there, and talk to her. After all, she was kind of his sister, in a way. He seemed like he already liked to spend time with her. Hopefully he'd be that way with other children that came in. The Professor didn't know how Guro would react to the new children, he just hoped alright.

"Okay then. That's all I really need to know, I suppose." She stood up from her seat and readjusted the infant one more time. "I'll be sure to come back again when it's absolutely necessary. But when it comes to getting things like check ups, would you notify us again with a letter?"

The infant let out a small squeaking noise after the sudden movement. She peeked over her guardian's shoulder, and in a futile attempt, tried to reach out towards Guro.

"Sorry kid, we have to get going soon..."

Both the Professor and Guro rose from their seats. "Well, if you're living here, you'll be receiving a note under the door from Layla over there. But, if you're away, I can arrange to have a letter sent to you. But, thank you for everything. I hope that child isn't to much of a bother. She is very cute." he said smiling.

Guro stood up and tapped the little girl on the head. "Good girl! Oh, daddy, I wish I had a little sister to play with." he said in a whiny tone. The Professor smiled down upon Guro, and pet his head. "Maybe someday. Well, it was nice to meet with you again. I hope it's been a pleasure." he said, nodding his head as if to bow in some way.

Julia chuckled nervously and nodded her head. "I can assure you that the room you gave me won't go to waste." Making sure that the infant was in her arms securely, the girl made her way towards the exit. Pausing for a moment, Julia added, "I'll be sure to stop by with the baby when things become more or less hectic for me"

As Julia passed through the doors, the baby girl took a quick peek past her guardian's shoulder once more to wave good bye to both the professor and Guro. However, her attention was then cut short when she was faced with lock of Julia's hair. Out of curiosity, the infant pulled on it, causing Julia to yelp out in pain.

Not wanting to let the public give her a dirty glare for scaring a little baby, Julia quickly changed from a brisk walk to running all the way back home. AT the same time thinking, 'Damn. I've got a big mess in my hands...'

The two standing left in the lobby waved goodbye as well. Professor Thorn returned to his work, and Guro went back into the 'house' to play with his toys some more. Everything was working out perfectly.
