Where starships from other planets come to land and take off on Veratia. There are several crews that take care of repairs and cleaning once you land. A few dealers frequent this place every now and again, looking for a good deal- or a good sucker.

Richard grumbled com plaintively as he dealt out the last of his money to some sleazy looking dealer as his companion, Enty, was busy exploring their newly bought ship. After going through the small craft for a few moments, Enty reappeared, rambling some sort of gibberish. "I know It's rip off! but what can you expect with our budget!?" He cried as the man slinked away, counting his earnings. "We'll just have to make some repairs ourselves and hope for the best." he sighed as he gave the hunk of junk a swift kick, making a terrible echo pulsate through it.
Near by, Vi had over heard these strangers predicament and sighed. Yet another victim of the trade...poor guy... Vi looked expectantly at a space shuttle that was getting ready to take off. She furrowed her brow down at the ticket in her hands and sighed. She had been saving up for a year now, trying to get back home to Druis. She and Deilita had a falling out so bad, it caused the two to go their separate ways. She didn't want anything more to do with him. She just wanted to get home. Sure she could have just hitched a ride, but she wanted to get home on her own means. So she took up small mechanic jobs here and there, trying to save up enough to get back home. She felt stupid for even agreeing to come her to begin with, though she would admit, she did have a blast and learn a lot while here. Even though she had spent forever, waiting for this moment to go home, she felt sympathy for these two strangers near her. I can always catch the next one... She thought with a sigh. "You fellas got engine problems?" She asked as some rough coughing sounds emitted deep within the machine.
Richard looked up at the attractive, seemingly young woman who addressed them. "Ah, It seems we have a bit of a problem to get it to do anything right now....But she'll have to wait since we haven't a penny left to spend on her..." He sighed, rubbing the bridge of his nose. "Yib yub! Tri ooh?" Enty piped up as he eyed the girl. Sensing his distrust she shrugged. "I could give it a look over if ya want...I'm a bit of a mechanic me-self and I'm in no big hurry...And I won't even charge ya. These snakes around here are always causin' trouble, lemme hava look..." She said with her old Irish accent. Richard looked her over as well before sighing. "Ah, might as well...we can't really get ripped off any more than we already have been. So have at it!" He gave in throwing his arm in the air and gesturing to the vessel with the other.

"What do you mean I'm not clear for take off?!" Deilita spoke in a very sluggish and drunken voice as he held a bottle of Vodka in his right hand while sitting in the captain's chair and looking at the screen that was showing the person that was in control of flights for ships and stuff. Deilita was a total wreck after the falling out he had with Vi and ever since she left him, he's been taking more and more jobs, hoping that he'd at least get the chance to see Vi again and fix everything that was happening back then. For a while, he hated her, but after living on his own and laying by himself at night, he realized he was the one that was wrong, but he could never get in contact with Vi again to apologize, so he just gave up and started taking missions, hoping that one of them would bring her close to him.
The man on the other side of the hologram however, was impeding this progress by not granting him access to leave Verita. "Well, not only do you have an extended amount of fees that you haven't paid, you've been arrested for disturbing the peace, barfighting, and destruction of public property." Deilita cursed silently and shook his head. "Well just forget it, I like it here anyways. I can get some jobs around here anyways." He said softly as he abruptly ended the transmission before getting out of his chair, staggering towards the exit of his ship so he could get out and head towards a bar....again. Eventually he reached the zipline that would take him down, but instead of grabbing it, he slipped, fell downward and landed on his chest, knocking the wind out of him, which made him grunt and slowly get back up coughing. "Dammit, why did she have to leave....why was I so stupid..." He tripped about staggering carelessly as he walked past a group of people who seemed to be heading for a ship. As he passed them, he bumped into the female of the group and staggered a bit before falling to the ground and grunting slightly. "Hey...watch...where you're*hic* going......" Deilita mumbled as he slowly helped himself up and looked at the now broken bottle of Vodka that was now empty in his hand.

Vi was jerked forward as someone ran into her. "Hey watch it now you-" She stopped abruptly to see Deilita laying on the floor, smelling very strongly of alcohol. "Deil-?" She couldn't believe her eyes. He looked...well rather pathetic. The slur in his voice gave away his condition immediately. "You're drunk...what a surprise..." She said indignantly, her hands on her slim hips. Since the two had fought, Vi started off in the bar herself, but felt it was too destructive. So she channeled her depression into quite laborious work, helping her to get in shape and more fit. It seemed that Deilita had gone the opposite route...
Enty had jumped down from the ship to see what was going on. Richard had seen the man and was quite surprised that this girl knew such a character. But he held out a patient hand to Enty as if to tell him to give them a moment.

Looking at Vi for a moment with squinted eyes, he grinned for a moment as he tossed the now broken bottle of vodka to the side and staggered back a bit before bowing in faux politeness. "Well well....if It isn't Ms.*hic* Viodri! I'm glad to see you again..." He stretched a bit and you could hear his back pop as he did so. "So....how...how ya been since we went...our seperate...ways...?" He stopped talking for a moment and began to laugh a bit before staggering forward and falling to a knee. "Ugh...god, what happened to me? I'm a wreck...." He fell silent for a moment but as he chuckled to himself, tears started to form in his eyes and slowly they made their way down his cheeks without him realizing.

Vi saw his tears and her heart throb. Though she wasn't about to give in and forgive so easily. "You've got that right..." She said quietly as she shook her head. "I believe it's been about a year... " She looked away, realizing she had promised these strangers her help. "Look...I don't have time for this, I'm with 'clients' at the moment." She turned her back slightly, gesturing to Richard and Enty who were a bit uncomfortable by now.

Deilita sighed a bit and stood up. "Of course...you don't need me for anything*hic*anyways...." As he stood there, he swayed a bit from his drunkard behavior and rubbed his nose. "Well....you think maybe we could.....you know.....catch up or something? I mean...I'd like to know what's*hic*been going on with ya." He said, tears still falling although it wasn't because he wanted it to, but rather it was just his body doing so on it's own for some reason.

Vi couldn't help but feel for him. Despite her brain telling her to forger him, her heart reached out. "I-i suppose... " She sighed, not believe what she was about to say. "It looks like you could use a stong black coffee... meet me at the Black Hole Cafe in about an hour alright?" she asked, resting one hand on her hip, feeling foolish for even giving him another chance.

Deilita nodded a bit and smiled slightly as he took slow steps backwards. "Great. I'll meet you there! I*hic*I'll be sobered up so I don't look like a total idiot!" With that, he quickly turned around and ran into another person who merely pushed him to the side before walking off past the group to get to his own ship. Deilita normally would've been angered at this and started shooting at him, but since he wanted to get a second chance with Vi, he just stood up, dusted himself off, and made his way to the Black Hole Cafe, smiling happily for the first time in a year.

Vi sighed as she watched him leave, shaking her head. What am I doing? she asked herself before turning to Richard. "Sorry 'bout that...eh, an old friend you might say..." She mumbled, glancing over her shoulder. Richard tried to shrug casually and shook his head. "No problem, though he looks a bit rough for a pretty little thing like you to be hanging around." He replied, though this statement was directed in a more parenting tone than a flirtacious one which it sounded like. Vi gave him a smug look before shkaing it off. "I never properly intorduced myself, I'm Vidori Runalian..." She mentioned as she started to inspect their craft. Richard realized his own lapse in manners and bowed his head. "Pardon me maam, I'm Richard and this is my pal Enty." He introduced, leaving out his last name in case she had heard of him. Vi simply nodded, feeling rather strange about seeing Deilita again. She didn't really know whatto think. So she tried to push him out of her mind and focus on their engine.

almost an hour later, Vi was still inside the ship, tinkering away. She finally reemerged, spotted here ad there with oil and grime. "Well, it wasn't as bad as I originally thought...This should get you off the ground, but I'm not so sure about its life support....you should get that looked at. I would but it's getting a bit late..." She noted, wiping her face. Richard thanked her warmly for her help, requesting her services for the next day. Vi kindly agreed before taking her leave to meet Deilita at the cafe.
"Ratoo en to meee?" Enty joked, nudging his friend. "Oh shut up, yes she was attractive, but..." He sighed. "Well, we'll just have to make sure we have some way to pay her tomorrow..."

It had been a few good hours since Vi had left the two travelers and Richard couldn't get her out of his mind. "I hope that boy doesn't do anything he'll regret..." He seemed to mumble, cracking his knuckles. Enty cocked his head questioningly. "Entoo rada?" He asked suggestively. Richard pushed him roughly telling him to shut up. "She just reminds me of a little girl I once knew, and I can't seem to remember who exactly she was....Ah well...I suppose we should start rounding up the money to pay her huh?" He asked, looking towards Enty who scowled. "Ronta eenchi rosatha! Ento?" He replied indignantly. "I'm sure you could have done just as good of a job for free, but what's done is done ok? I'll let you finish up work on it, but we're still going to pay her for her help today alright?" He said holding his hand out. Enty grumbled and fished around the little pouch around his waist, pulling out some cash he had saved from selling some random parts from their old speeder. Richard smiled, grabbed the money. "Great! now we need to find out where she's staying...I'm guessing that hotel near here...we can ask if she's a guest there and leave her the money ok?" Enty grumbled some more but nodded as he gathered his things. Richard chuckled as he helped. "Chicka na toonta...." Enty growled under his breath.

-----------------------------
Enty and Vi had planned on giving the engine one last go over before heading back to the hotel, but once they had gotten there, they realized most of the engine had been ripped apart, most likely by some sleazy criminal hard up for cash. So the two spent most of the night trying to salvage what was left. Even though Vi couldn't understand a word Enty spoke, the two seemed to have a connection or a bond through their love of tools and mechanics. It was about 5 in the morning when vi finally dozed off, still leaning over the main generator, her face blotched here and there with oil. Enty too had given way to sleep underneath the ship, trying to make some repairs. The two had lost complete track of time and were being stared at by passersby.

Eventually, Deilita had made his way over to where Ash and Enty's "Workstation" was and the sight that he beheld made him laugh a bit on the inside. His eyes seemed to be half open as if he had just woken up and as he made his way over to where Enty was, he whistled a slight tune that came from his head and eventually knelt down to nudge Enty awake.
"Hey, Enty was it? You alright or are you dead?" He was joking obviously, but if someone hadn't have awaken them, they probably would be in the same state they were in right now. It wouldn't bother Deilita, but I doubt they would want to be sleeping there for the rest of the day.

Enty slowly opened his eyes, yawned a bit, looked to see what time it was, and grumbled irritatedly. "Grava Intu...." He mumbled groggily as he nudged Vi awake. Vidori was still half asleep as her knees gave in before she fell to the ground with a thud. "God...What time is it?" She griped, obviously having the same reaction as Enty. When she realized they had been there all night, she rubbed her face exhausted. When she noticed Deilita, she straightened up, stood, and tried her best to wipe the grime, oil and sleep from her face. "Hey, Sorry we weren't able to join you for breakfast this morning." She sighed, her face flushed. "We just got caught up on fixing this thing..." She patted the large, exposed engine affectionately.
