It'd be fun, but if the kid fell off she'd have been seriously hurt. Next time strap a car seat to the roof and then you can go faster! xd

Even if you're going at snail's speed I still can't say I condone such behavior, laws do exist for a reason and that is to protect people. Say the child had started to fall yeah she was holding onto his leg, all that would have probably ensured is that the child would break his leg.

Ive ridden ontop of moving cars, but 3 years old is way too young to be doing that stuff. That grandma must be partially senile to make a decision like that.
