Zinnia searched the area, hoping to find at least a single trace of her only daughter who had disappeared. How she felt was probably the closest thing to fear as she could get without Adrenaline, the thoughts that would accompany fear present, but the actual feeling missing. Also, for the first time in her life, her black cat familiar Shade was missing. She wasn't sure where he had gone, but felt that he was looking after her other children in her stead. This thought comforted her as she continued to search, praying that her efforts would not prove to be futile.

Itomaru searches with Zinnia, doing everything he could to find his missing daughter. She had been gone much too long, and it was beginning to seriously trouble him. It was almost to the point of fear; fear for her well being. He searched in the bushes and in the trees, anywhere he could think of to find her.
Yuri looked around, trying to find a nice path for her and Latte to sneak out upon. It has to be hidden, otherwise they were likely to be caught. She looked over to Latte to see if he knew any ways to get out, she had no ideas where to go.

Latte sniffed the air, searching for any hidden paths. Poking his nose under a blackberry bush, he found one leading out of the forest. "Come here," he told Yuri. "We can get out over here."

Zinnia was starting to give up hope. Had Itomaru's actions caused Yuri to run away, never to be seen again? She hoped not. "See any sign of her?" Zinnia asked, still hoping that there was still a chance.

Itomaru sighed as he shook his head and looked to the ground. "I don't see her. This isn't good, not good at all. Where is she?" he asked, more to himself than to an actual namir. He hit the ground with his tail in frustration, and it turned black and dead.
Yuri looked over at Latte and nodded, before walking over to where he was. "Are you sure that nobody will see us? Nobody at all?" She asked. She didn't want anyone to know where they were, cause if anyone did the location could be revealed.

Latte shrugged. "Anywhere we go we would have a chance of being discovered. But this place is pretty well hidden, so I doubt anyone will find us." Saying so, he ducked under the bush and started crawling through the tight tunnel of brambles.

Zinnia looked around, hoping that something like mother's intuition would strike. When it failed to happen, she just picked randomly. Who knows, it may just work out. "Let's go check over this way."

Itomaru looked over at Zinnia and nodded. "Sounds like a plan." He walked over to her, and then with her to where she pointed.
Yuri sighed and looked at the bush. "I suppose you're right..." She waited for Latte to go under first before following him, her body just hardly fitting in the tight space.

As Latte pushed forward farther, the space became more cramped. He released a tiny ember to burn away some of the brambles, and then doused it with some water. A little bit ahead, he saw light. Crawling, he pushed himself out and looked back to help Yuri.

Zinnia walked along, ears wide open. She could hear something...like the sound of branches. It could be anything really, from the wind to a rabbit, but it still gave her hope. "I hear something over there..." She quietly said, pointing in the direction of the sound.
(Kinda wanted to speed up the searching part of this RP just a tiny bit so that we're not left hanging on what happens when Yuri and Latte are adults. sweatdrop Is that alright?)

Itomaru looked over to where Zinnia pointed, listening carefully to hear the noises. "You think that might be her?" he asked as he continued looking.
Yuri continued to squeeze through the small tunnel, using psychic to widen it at places. She saw Latte move out of it, and followed after him and accepting the offered help to get out.

(Ok)
Looking around in the moonlight, Latte realized that they were now at the boundary of the forest, and there was a lake right in front of them. Cautiously, he dipped a paw in the water, but automatically shrank back as it fizzed a little. Apparently his fire power had gotten a bit stronger. "Let's go see what's on the other side of the lake," he offered.

Zinnia shrugged, and said, "I'm not sure, but I hope so...did you hear that?" She turned her ear to the source of the strange sound. "It sounds like...fizzing..." She started to head over toward the sound, determined to track down whoever had made it.

Itomaru concentrated to try and hear the noise. It was very faint, but it was there. "Yeah, I think I hear it." he said before following her. He knew it was probably someone else, but he had to hope it was her.
Yuri winced as she stepped out of the tunnel, stretching out for a moment. She looked around at the beautifully still lake. She looked over at the fizzling water curiously, but didn't ask why it did that. "That sounds like a good idea." she replied.
(Wait, it's during the day? I thought it was at night since Itomaru, Zinnia, and Yuri are all nocturnal)

Latte smiled and eagerly started walking. He wanted to get away from the area as fast as possible to avoid detection. "Looks like this lake is pretty big," he mused to himself as they continued walking along the edge.
