Objective: Free-for-All battle; every man for himself

Character Limitations:
• Make a character from the ground up with no extra experience points.
• Any race
• No abilities are off-limits

Setting: You find yourself in a gladiator's arena. You watch from the cage door as the dust blows idly at your feet and the crowd cheers madly. The announcer speaks in a language you can scarcely understand...partly due to the roar of the audience, the dialect he's speaking, and the pounding of your own heart in your throat. The weapons you carry on you are the only impliments available; the open arena is flat and bare. Suddenly the cage holding you and the cages on the opposite sides of the arena open and you are shoved out onto the battle field along with the rest of the combatants.

Bio: ((Since this is only an arena character, I'm not going to go too in-depth with the character background.))

The clan of Bosek that Urzula hails from was under tight control by a powerful necromancer. Every so often he would seek out Boseks from her clan that could be useful. Among them was Urzula. She showed great physical prowess and a small aptitude for necromancy. If he took the time to teach her, she could become more than just a simple bodybuard.

The man was thrust out of the confines of the cell, carrying his partisan in his hands. He did not remember his name or station, only the need to fight and win in this place. This was the day for which he was created.

He saw the elf at the other side of the arena and charged towards him, weapon outstreached, ready to impale his opponent. He activated his twisting tiger stance ((commit 3 mana)) as his spear drew within range.

Action: Attempt to impale on spear 14 + 10 = 25 hit))

Pushing his luck, the spearman twisted his blade at the last second in a risky maneuver to increase the threat of the blow.

Pulling off the manuever perfectly, the fighter knew his opponent world be in a world of pain if he did not dodge this attack...

Seeing the speedy man running at him fully aware he intended to impale him, Typhen held his ground and held out his right hand with a smug grin on his face.

Suprised the raw power of the elf, the nameless warrior attempted to swerve to avoid the mass of lightning headed towards him.

As he easily avoided the crackling energy, the spearman used the opening to try for a counterattack.

The spear bounced back from where it had landed and in a lightning motion flew at Typhen again.

Knowing his normal attacks would be turned by the elf's magic and seeing his chance, the spearman pushed his luck in making this a devastating blow.

Unfortunately in his zeal, the risky move failed to connect with the elf, turning away from him instead of into the critical area the spearman had wanted to hit.

Frusterated with his failed manuver, the spearman wasted no time in renewing his assault on the elf.

Knowing his spear was on target, he again twisted the polearm in the erratic motion that was his signature style. Hopefully this time he might land a hit...

((Ok a few things. If you want to go into any stance you must do so before an attack. So even though the attack failed you would have to enter then stance and burn the mana.))
Typhen at once felt a great surge of relief seeing the counter attack miss, he knew that would have hurt.
Before he could breath to easy, the spear was on its way back to skewer him!
he had to dodge.

Lucky save 1 mana burn making my 14 into a 16.

Success: Typhen needed to gain some distance from this spear. He dodged rolling as far away as he could ((dodge + movement)) and ragained his stance.

Action: This was one slippery warrior, he would have to be crafty to win.
the expression left Typhens face has he let his mind slip into his Dynamo stance. He pointed his index finger at the ,very up still this very moment, lucky warrior. Mana missile: + Lucky save 3 mana burn making making his roll succeed.
