So I got my wisdom teeth out this morning. And i was so worried about it. And i'm in no pain whatsoever. I think its kinda weird. I also took laughing gas when they put in the I.V. and it was the weirdest stuff ever. I felt like i was on like acid or something.

My best friend's brother got his wisdom teeth taken out a few years ago, and during the surgery he stopped breathing several times.
The surgen had to keep slapping him on the face and say, "Dillon, you need to breath." so he'd take a breath and stop again, then the surgen would say, "No, Dillon, you need to keep breathing." so he would for about 3 more minutes, then it'd repeat again...
I'm glad it was nothing like that for you! And it was all smooth!
How many did you get removed? He had 6 removed. o.o

I have to have surgery to remove my still-forming wisdom teeth. Not looking forward to that.

When I got mine out I chose to stay awake instead of being put under. The worst part was the dang needles in my gums. They hurt so horribly bad I wanted to scream, but they did the job and after that it was a breeze. Well except right at first when I heard the cracking noise. It didn't hurt by my dentist hadn't waned me about that and he saw my eyes kinda fly open like DUDE WTF?!?! then laughed at me and told me it was normal.
After that I only took one pain pill then stopped bothering all together, by the next day I was eating soft solids.
I had four removed and I kept them all. They're in a babyfood jar in my desk dwarer.

I've had 2/4 removed. And a 3rd one is starting to come out, so I'll probably have to go soon enough.
My experience hasn't been good at all. I mean, the surgery part is nothing, the only bad part is the anesthetics injection (no laughing gas, I don't know that many doctors that use it around here), but the bad part is the recovery. According to my dentists, my teeth are extremely well rooted (which means she has to go even deeper and pull harder to be able to get them out), and thus the recovery process is slow and painful. I can't eat anything but ice cream and jello for the first 24 hours, and it usually takes me around 2 more to be able to eat soft, chewable things. Washing my teeth with the stitches inside my mouth is a nighmare, too crying
But one of my friends had all 4 removed at once, and THAT was horrible. She paid an extremely good surgeon and all, but when I saw her her face was extremely swollen (she looked like Nemo), she couldn't talk for a long while, and it took her over a week to be able to pass from cold to warm food! And pain pills weren't helping her out much, apparently...

It was way over a year ago. And I couldn't wait because my dentist said that if I gave them time they might start messing up my other teeth since I have absolutely no space for them. sad

Oh that sucks. I had some room in my mouth. Two of my wisdom teeth had fully grown in and were just like regular teeth. But the two bottom ones were growing in really squished and one of them was completely sideways whee
