The PLOT Sharing a border with Loki, news of Cerberus' plotting quickly spread through Brynhild. Hunters, Harvesters and even Sentinels heard of the news from Loki's residents, and turned to spred the word even more.
Some were a little uncertain as to the truth of the facts at first, but a few fafners had been in Loki at the time of the announcement. They had rushed back to Brynhild immediately and confirmed that the news was indeed true. And so later that same day started quite a commotion between the traditionalists and the forming supporters. This is an Open RolePlay, so anyone can post in this thread.
Follow the plot given up - don't make up your own stories. And this should be a clan-wide debate, so you should try to interact with the others as your fafner would under the circumstances.
The only requirement is that the Fafner you post with is part of the Brynhild clan or has a very good reason to be here (such as whole families wanting to be together). Otherwise, please post in threads that have been set up for your specific clan.

Andi was hunting when she heard it.
She enjoyed hunting to keep herself in shape and had been forced to track all the way to the very corners of the Brynhild territory because of the game breeding season. Every animal had retreated into its den to bare its offspring and so only the best of the species dared be outside. She had nosed 3 mice and chased two of them but as mentioned before right now she was against the best, and because of the season they were usually only about 30 seconds away from their burrows. She was nearing the Loki territory, she could hear the running water of the river. She hated to cross over and hunt in other clans territory, she always thought of it as stealing, but usually near the river there were good berries or roots that drew animals to them. Worst comes to worst she could just act like a harvester and take a few roots back. While nosing around the river bank she saw a few fafners on the other side talking and decided to ask them about the game in Loki, maybe they were having trouble too and could give her some advice on what to hunt.
"Hello there? How goes the hunt in Loki?" Andi called across the river,The other two looked up in surprise, at first looking like they were caught doing something, but relaxing when they saw Andi. "Our bellies are full so we assume its good, we are harvesters." One of them called back.Just my luck...Andi thought. But one of the other fafners broke her train of thought."Have you heard the news?" it asked,Andi cocked her head in surprise "What news?" she answered. The other fafners seemed to animate as they prepared to deliver their message."Cerberus says that he wont allow the Nobles to tax Loki, he says he will do all he can to stop them."Andi frowned at the other fafners, "What he speaks of is Revolution! The Nobles protect us, they keep our sentinels trained and allow us to use their lands. Loki is hardly taxed, I dont know what he is complaining about, all of us survive happily and here he is whining about a slight increase that is still less that my clans." Andis anger rose as she spoke. She didnt know what Cerberus was thinking, was he PLANNING to ruin Loki!? Surely if the NObles heard the filth he was spreading they would swoop down and make things much worse. GAH Some fafners were just so DUMB!!
The other fafners across the river didnt seem to like what Andi had to say, they didnt even seem to notice that she had said anything against them, they had already started talking again to each other, chattering happinly. Andi snorted and hit the ground running. I bet they all thins this is just a game, something to stir up some fun. They dont know how serious this could be... She headed straight home er well her sisters home. She knew Ophelia would understand, when their parents had left them the nobles had been the ones that had given them their ranks in exchange for protection and a home. Andi would not bite the hand of those who had protected herself and her beloved sister.
Now her sister had cubs, granted they were grown, but a family would not be ripped apart by this mistake, she had to get to Ophelia and Pathos and warn them to keep their loyalties. Andi had to keep the clan together. The nobles had power! She knew they could use it and she DID NOT want them to turn their powers to her clan. She raced through the trees, her speed made her noisy and so anyone would have been able to hear her path, but her strength and endurance held. After all she was a sentinel and she was made to be strong. She reached Ophelias hut and almost crashed into the side of it in her haste to get to her sister.
"SISTER!! SIS OPEN UP!!!" Andi practically screamed, the adrenaline still rushing through her veins. Ophelia apeared at the entrance and faced her sister, a worried expression plain on her face.
"What is it Andi, are you hurt is there danger?" She sounded afraid, "Do you want me to fetch Pathos, the kids??they left a few hours ago they might not be far I can-"But Andi cut her sister off with one look. "Sister this is much more serious, Cerberus is going to start a revolution, he is going to go against the nobles!"Ophelia was taken back, she held infinite respect for the nobles and never grubled about the taxes. All Brynhild fafners were born hardy and strong they had never suffered too much because of what they had to give. But to go against their rule, after how kind and benevolent the nobles were! It was outrageous!
"How could he do that? Why?! Does he want to force them to put him in prison?!"Andi lowered her head, "I dont know sister, but I'm afraid his misguided ideals will spread, then we may have a little more than just Loki to deal with."
Other fafners began to gather at the news that Andi brought, each starting to form their own opinions and burning to share their ideas.

Darting around boulders, Fraust scurried after Byte. The Torin had heard some bad news while Fraust was off minding his own business in the mountains and had to rush off without him. Fraust paused atop a cliff to see if he could find the wily Byte from above. Soon enough he spotted the Torin running towards some huts. Although he was unfamiliar with them, he was more worried about Byte than his trespassing so he proceeded to follow him. As Fraust darted past, Crow emerged from his hiding place. Having no parents of his own, he had learned to hide in the mountains and pretend to be lost in order to find shelter from sympathetic Fafners. The young male muttered to himself and wondered where the silly Fraust was rushing off to. Sure he had seen the adult several times, but never has he seen him without that Torin of his. Curious, Crow decided to follow quietly.A while later, Fraust found Byte near one of the huts listening carefully. He then wondered if the Torin understood what was going on as he approached him. As soon as he came close enough to the hut, he heard the news. He blinked at the mention of Cerberus, but nothing came into his mind. He didn't know the guy, but from the tones of the two females, he knew the Fafner was trouble. He decided to join in the conversation.
"Um, sorry for interrupting, but my Torin led me here and he seems very worried. What's going on? Is there anything bad happening?"
He stepped into the doorway but no further. He didn't want to make a bad situation worse, so he sat patiently as he waited for an answer.

Aya slowly stood as the frenzy continued around her. Cerberus was going to rebel. Wonderful... There always had to be one, didn't there? She shrugged it off and sauntered to a pile of leaves that was near but not in the midst of the commotion. As much as she wanted to stay out of it, her thoughts were soon consuming her.
This clan... it's merely a place to station for me, really. I'd much prefer roaming, but that isn't placed on a pillow and called Great... She mumbled something and continued to think. This... Cerberus was his name? He's finally doing something about his feelings. Something others may have felt but not acted upon. This could be the start of a rebellion! This is my chance... Aya was surrounded by the Fafners who feared for their precious clan. Little did she know others were having the same dark thoughts of joining Cerberus in his rebellion.
She rose and walked over to a group, but did not have to stop to know that they were against Cerberus and would be protecting their land. As she continued through the groups without stopping to talk, she realized they were those against the rebellion, and surprisingly... those who were for it as well!

 Rebellion!
The mere whisper of it had already peaked Reno's curiosity, having heard the news from a trio of passing hunters excitedly making their way back home from the Loki borders. Whatever Cerberus was planning, it was going to be big. An Reno was going to be part of it. He'd waited too long for a chance to get away. He was ready, arching his back and stretching out as he trotted in the direction of the woods.
He slinked off away from the path he usually took, the path that lead home; to his brother's house, to the... safe life, with his nieces and nephew that were already grown up by now when it seemed that just yesterday they were just fluffs. Just another indicator of how long Reno had bided his time. Weaving around trees, he moved towards the sound of others - others that had possibly gathered for the same cause, who'd hold more information about the 'uprising'. Frankly, the hunters had been extremely vague. But he could feel it, a certain tension that hung in the air that was both anxious and invigorating.
"Cerberus talks of an uprising in Loki."
An uprising against, what else? The nobles, those who the hunters and harvesters slaved away to feed, neglecting their own families in turn. Things had to change and any sensible Fafner could see that. Even if it was just Loki for now, Reno was sure it woul spread. And quickly. But first, he had to find out more.
He found himself at a hut, where two females were conversing in worried tones, as well as an extravangtely dressed male, what seemed to be his Torin, and a little boy with small black wings. A motley gathering, but he could squeeze some information out of them nevertheless.
"They say that Cerberus is planning something against the Nobles... but I'm not aware of much else. Is this true, ladies?" he asked the femmes graciously, for the blue male seemed to be even more clueless than he was. - - - Rebellion!
The words held a very different meaning for a certain other Fafner, living on the other side of this bit of wood. An uprising against the nobles meant that the Rebels would rise again... rebels that had destroyed his family and killed the one he loved most. Shaken with fear, Lucari stumbled blindly through the forest, his usually agile gait reduce to tripping over tree roots in search of the way home.
It's not going to be that way. Riley and the kids will be safe. It's just a rumor, a whisper, empty words that'll never lead to anything...
It wasn't too reassuring in his current paranoid state, but it was all Lucari could do to keep himself from going mad at this point. Something had to be done? But he knew that the crowds were gathering already, letting their minds get fooled by false thoughts of an 'end to taxing', and a 'better life'. Finally reaching the end of the wood, Lucari found himself near a couple of other Fafner who had apparently heard the news. Still shaking, he trotted up to his cousin and sat down silently, his nervous eyes darting to and fro.

Andi noticed the crowd gathering in front of Ophelias hut and for a moment she wished that she still lived there. She had given up her permanent residence there when Pathos and Ophelia had married so that Pathos and the fluffs could always come and there would be room. She now lived on the outskirts of the village. As she looked around she saw that fafners of all kinds were flocking to the hut and Andi intended to make sure they would be headed down the right path, so many were asking if the news was true so she would give them what they wanted. She took center stage and thanked the gods that she had been born with a powerfull voice.
"Yes Cerberus speaks of revolution against the nobles! He claims that Loki wont be able to handle a royal family watching over them but I say he is blind! Loki has the lushest valleys and the smallest clan, they are never without food and yet here they are complaining that they might have to give some of it away." Andi lowered her voice a bit for a more dramatic effect. "He does not look at the world around him, we have the harshest winters, the hardest times fall on our clan, and yet here we are, happy with full bellies. The nobles always protect us, they dont abuse us! They keep the order and thats what they are doing now! Loki has hoarded too much and now that it has to give a little its willing to start a war!"
Andi ended on a loud note. Truly it did anger her that Loki was so ready to fight for nothing. Brynhild had often had nothing to bring up to the nobles and they had never been punished. The nobles could see hardships when it was in front of them so OBVIOUSLY if they were going to tax Loki a little more it was because they had more to give. Ophelia stood behind her sister proudly. She was completely with Andi, the nobles had only ever been kind to her family and so she saw no reason that anyone should wish ill upon them. Ophelia had always been in awe of the nobles, she had never seen them but she always remembered how the sentinels had found Andi and herself in the forest after their mother had left them. The sentinels took care of them and when they took the news to the nobles they had decreed that Ophelia and Andi have a hut and be made into productive members of society. Andi of course became a sentinel, she dedicated her life to protecting everyone in honor of those who had saved her. Ophelia stayed as a harvester, she wanted to find food and be productive.
But because she was a harvester she knew exactly what Andi spoke of, the winter days when the snow was so deep that any plants had long since frozen solid and become inedible. She remembered the dangers and being caught in snowdrifts. Brynhild had the worst of all the seasons and she had gone more than once with no food for days, but she had seen the communities pull together and get through it. The nobles never punished them, they just asked that they work harder.
"Andi is right, we cant allow this revolution to spread here," Ophelia spoke in her always soft and musicl voice, even when angry she always sounded like her voice came from a music box, "The Nobles wouldnt do things without reason, we need to stand together and stop the impulsive fafners from being led astray."

Reno frowned as he listened to what they said.
Impulsive Fafners?
"Ladies, please. Can't you see that's exactly it? They can't stand to see a clan prosper like Loki has, they find it respectful for us to give away life and limb to serve them and their taxes. It's not just. And it's not exactly right, either. And our winters would not nearly be as tough if we were allowed to hoard more of our own laborings for the times of snow."
Reno thought of his own brother, who struggled to make ends meet when their mother fell ill after he himself had left home. Maybe if they'd been more prepared, had more to themselves and Father could hunt for the family, not for the 'good of the clan'... It was ironic, really, that Reno would go against the very fafner who had trained him to be a sentinel. But he only joined in for the freedom of wandering denied to him with other duties. And even so, that was getting taken away. The Nobles were tightening their hold.
"The Nobles grow fat and lazy whilst we go off on our duties every day. And what do we get in return?" he questioned them. With a nod to Lucari, oblivious to his cousin's anxiety, Reno adopted an indignant expression as his tail flicked to and fro.
- - -
Lucari sighed and shook his head, the knowing fear in his eyes apparent now.
"It's too dangerous," he managed to whisper hoarsely, "if it gets out of hand."
Lucari's ears folded back as he looked at his cousin. Reno didn't understand. There was more to it than the promises of freedom. There was a sacrifice to be made, wasn't there? This wasn't going to end without a fight, which wasn't much good for either side...

Fraust nodded as he listened carefully to the females. So this Cerberus guy's from Loki? I know of one Fafner from there. Knowing him, he must be upset. He looked over his shoulder at his cape. It was given to him by the Chevalier who trained him. He had liked Fraust's determination to become a sentinel despite his silly nature and gave the cape as a gift. From that day on, he swore that he would always stay on the side of the Chevaliers and Nobles.
"No way! Against the Nobles? This Cerberus fellow must be out of his mind to go against them and their Chevaliers. I have a friend in Loki, a fellow sentinel. He said at one point that he wouldn't mind a Noble watching over him."
He looked over at Andi.
"Like she said, the Nobles have protected us for a long time so there's no reason to against them. We of the Brynhild clan should know more about hardships than anyone else. Yet do you see us all suffering? We still live each day and survive just as well as any other clan. Just because of a small tax...I find this ridiculous!"
While Fraust talked, Crow had sneaked in and made himself welcome. He noticed that one of the Fafners has seen him, and he smiled. As the conversation went on, the small boy became more and more interested in Cerberus and the rebellion. How awesome! His life was dull and needed some boost in excitement. Here was an opportunity to escape the boredom and hop into some adventure! However, he had no idea who the Nobles were. Still young and naive, he immediately stuck with the idea that Nobles were bad after listening to Reno. His excitement was too great to contain so he spoke up.
"Hmph! You say the Nobles protect us? Why were they not there to protect me when I was left without any parents? I never saw help and I had to live on my own! I say they're very mean! I don't want them ruling over me if they're not there to help!"
Fraust looked right at the young boy and recognized him immediately. As he listened to him pipe up an opinion, he frowned.
"You say you had to live on your own? Then why were you at my hut just a few weeks ago? Saying that you were lost? You little liar...Do you even know what is going on? I don't think someone your age should even be concerned with this. How did you get here in the first place?"
Crow appeared shocked having realized what he had done. Still, he stayed where he was.
"I can say what I want too! And that's none of your business, Clumsy!"
Crow stuck out his tongue and turned away from Fraust. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw an angry Fraust trying to restrain himself. Feh, stupid sentinels....

A...Rebellion? Akira perked up in the conversation between the adults, blue eyes brimming with a spark of intelligence. "Many of our families had to suffer...Some of us feel like we have to do something to stop this madness..." Akira spoke in an irregular, but serious tone, head facing the ground. "Also, I agree... Loki is much like a club of richly thriving Fafners, almost like a miniature palace of Nobles...And impulsive? I actually believe that the reason behind this has a lot more to it to make this reasonable." The fact that she'd be ignored was significant, but at least she’d try to make her point. Or not…

From the back of the group, Syrith listened with faint amusement to the opinions of the two youngsters who had just spoken. They were both young to be so bold, but they had valid points, if clumsily expressed. As did some of the others... The bright-marked femme frowned, considering.
She had heard the news from another group of hunters. It seemed it had spread more quickly than she had realised. And it appeared to be more serious, also, than she had thought. Surely this Cerberus was not the first to express such an opinion? Privately, Syrith had always doubted the usefulness of the Nobles. She had never seen them, of course - no one had. Paying taxes was the only involvement she had with them.
Not for the first time, she wondered who exactly had set up these nobles above the clans, above all the rest of the Fafners. Well, the Royals, of course, but who had appointed them? She frowned again, and hesitated, forming sentences in her mind before she stepped forward.
Edging her way to the front of the crowd, the young hunter called out, "Excuse me." She glanced around, meeting the gazes of the other Fafners gathered there, drawing their attention. Once satisfied, she began in a matter-of-fact tone, "I believe that winged youngster has a point. Who has seen the Nobles? No one. You say they protect us, but from what? What do they do, except take our food as taxes?" Syrith glanced round as she spoke, trying to make sure they all heard her. "There is nothing that they do for us that we could not as easily do ourselves." She spoke only the truth; harvesters and hunters learnt as they worked, they could easily train their own sentinels. The nobles have never been that involved with village life. They were not essential.
And if we can rule ourselves, surely they can find their own food, she thought as well, but for the moment she kept her more radical ideas to herself, and waited for a reply.

Tora had been out gathering herbs for a good portion of the morning, one of the required tasks of a Healer. But at least it allowed her the opportunity to leave the enclosed Healer's Hut and take a stroll out in the open air. However, today would prove to be the beginning of a lifelong nightmare. For while she ventured nearer the Loki Valley in search of a special flower, she came across a few Sentinels speaking to each other. The sight was not odd for members of different clan often stopped to chat, but the fact that the name Cerberus was uttered caught her attention. Upon engaging the group in conversation, she came to learn about Cerberus and his little announcement about rebelling against the Nobles. Naturally wanting to confirm the story for herself, she went to Loki to seek her cousin Stelmaria for the truth. Now returning to her own village full of shock and frustration, Tora could not stop growling at Cerberus's idiocy. True, his words would probably prove to be nothing but empty threats, and if they were lucky, nothing would ignite from a silly little speech. Unfortunately for her, the news had spread quickly and at each turn, seemed to gain more fuel. Tora had the right mind to make her way to the growing crowd, coming just in time to hear Andi and Ophelia strongly defend the Nobles. Her worst fears had come true: Cerberus was unwittingly starting a conflict within all the fafners of the Isle. Tora stayed quiet and listened, hearing both sides of the story. Both had good points and evidence to back their theories, but what was the right thing to do? She was a young fafner who was born into a world already ruled by the Nobles, and since then, she hadn't fallen to any harm. And she's heard all of the horrifying stories about how clans would attack and kill each other before the days of the Nobles - then again, she heard most of these from Cerberus, and he had a tendency to exaggerate (a lot). What surprised her the most was the children involved, voicing their opinions so audaciously. Tora inwardly frowned at them - she didn't like children. They were arrogant, annoying, and always thought they knew best. They were young, they had never experienced real life as the adults who have to work, so what did they know? Sure they claim that they have it hard, but they would never truly understand until they had to work for the survival of the clan. Stupid kids. Tora turned her head to glance at the violet fafner who spoke up beside her. Listening to the argument, Tora furrowed her eyebrow. "The Nobles train the Chevaliers, who train our Sentinels. So they keep order in our clans. I have heard stories of how life used to be before the Nobles came, when clans would kill each other over land and food. For all we know, life might have been far worse back then."Despite her own words, Tora could understand the counterargument. But she wasn't one to jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts. For all they knew, the Nobles actually did more than they seemed to be doing. However, her main concern was the fact that Cerberus may very well have started a civil war. Hm... her little comment probably didn't help matters either.

Aya stared at the other just as calmly as usual. She nodded at what they Fafners against Cerberus said. She wasn't with them, but her facade would save her. If no one suspected her to rebel, she could gather info that others that were open about it wouldn't be able to. If the Cerberus supporters talk to her, she'll be against him. If they Fafners against him talk to her, she'd agree in order to gain information. "Would most of you be able to survive without the Nobles helping you and giving you life structure? Well, can you? Think about that for a while." She walked a ways from the crowd and watched them curiously.

Andi looked harshly at the dark winged child as he spoke of the nobles not helping him in his hour of need, she had been there, with no parents and she knew what it was like.
"Child you know not of what you speak." She adressed him in front of the whole crowd after he was done squabbling with the caped fafner.
"It seems to me that you are only alone because you choose to be. My parents left Ophelia and I in the forest when we were your age if not younger, we were found by sentinels on patrol and it was the nobles that decreed we be given a house and jobs." She came closer to the child, her voice soft but angry, a controlled explosion of emotions.
"You have found shelter with this sentinel here have you not, who trained him to protect the people, the nobles, you eat and sleep in the safety of this village, who keeps it safe? those who the nobles trained. You are to young to know the horrors of life child, you have yet to feel an empty belly. But I have felt these things and I have seen far worse than you can imagine, dont think living alone makes you strong. I can tell you from experience exactly what it does to you." She spoke the last sentence in a hushed whisper, her face inches away fron the childs. She was intimidating, the anger making her eyes sparkle. It had always been one of her pet peeves when people commented on what they had no experience in and this child had unwittingly done so. Andi meant no harm to the child, but she wanted him to know his mistake. Everything from her expression to her posture let him know that she was serious. She hoped the child would learn to think before he spoke.
Andi's gaze never left the childs eyes, she held him there, locked in her gaze to make sure he wouldnt do anything stupid. Even if he did not agree with her she hoped he had enough brains to know not to blame the nobles for his own foolish choices.
Ophelia watched as her sister practically brow beat the poor child. She shook her head and began to listen to the conversation between a purple and blue female close by. Ophelia always loved children, and surly the child was just speaking out of excitement...she was always much more forgiving about these things than her sister. But she dared not interfear now, it was true the child needed to learn not to involve himself in things he didnt know about. Of course Andi was always the one who could teach a quick hard lesson to almost anyone. Ophelia sent her attention back to the conversation at hand.
Ophelia heard the purple fafner speak of how the villagers could do everything themselves and did not ned the nobles, it made her sigh. She knew that each village always seemed like its own community, but because Ophelia had married outside of her clan she knew just what the differences were. There were different techniques of harvesting and hunting that were shared between the clans because the nobles kept them all at peace. If there were no peace then the knowledges would not be shared and each selfish clan would be stuck with no new ways to farm. Ophelia had to agree with the blue fafner that she heard speak up for the nobles, the fact was the current sentinels could not train others. Only Chevaliers could. It took special skill to teach, just knowing something doesnt mean you can teach it and thats what made the Chevaliers so special. They could train and pass on the arts of battle better than anyone else.
"I have to agree with the blue female, the nobles keep the peace between our clans and allow us to share our harvesting and hunting tactics. If the nobles were disposed of we would return to the selfish ways of the old times. Plus only the Chevaliers can truly teach the sentinels, only they know everything and so if the nobles would send them to deal with us now we would have no defense. You realize that they taught every single one of our sentinels, they know what they are up against and they are much better than any of our or any clans sentinels could ever hope to be."

Reno gave a dry laugh. "A sentinel's duty is meant to be yet another servant of the Noble's rule. And the Chevaliers are nothing but... handpicked zombies, who think of nothing except what they have been taught to think! Utterly devoted to a cause that's not doing much good for us, as far as I can see. And a true sentinel is devoted to his clan, to all the Fafner, not to a mysterious figurehead that nobody knows anything about. For all we know..."
He glanced at the red femme, the one who was fiercely defending the traditionalist way with the poor winged child. "Go easy, won't you?" he remarked, perhaps a bit too harshly for his tastes. Continuing, he decided to mellow down. Can't lose his cool in front of all these fafner. Especially to a lady. "After all, we've all got our own life experiences. Nothing's going to be the same for everyone! Don't expect us all to have gone through your story. And times have changed since you were a kid. Since we all were."

Lucari pondered the black femme's question as he listened to the heated debate stirring up between the others. Had they really become so dependent on the Nobles the past few months? Not so much a physical dependency, for the Nobles continued to be as detached as ever... but rather something deeper than that, a mentality that led one to believe in protection from the higher ranks.
"Is... is that what we've really come to? This hazy... dependence? On the Nobles we barely ever see?" he asked, a surprisingly innocent question with no hidden tone behind it; Lucari was not one for confrontations. And he surely wasn't about to jump the Cerberus bandwagon. But it was intriguing... how fierce these Fafner's 'patriotism' was.

Crow jumped at Andi's sudden anger, but remained otherwise calm. As he heard her speak, his glare met hers. The frown on his face continued to sink lower as his anger rose.
"No one even noticed me. At least someone found you."
He listened again to the female's rant.
"I'm sure I wouldn't have to steal and lie if I were with a family, but it's too late for that. I watched others and learned to survive my own way. You had someone with you, this Ophelia. You're telling me that you know how it's like to be alone? I didn't know alone meant that another person would be involved. Besides, I have gone many days without food before. It's not like I knew how to survive in the beginning. Don't assume that you know all about me because you obviously don't!"
He spat on the ground next to Andi's right paw and continued to glare. His ears perked when he heard Reno speak. Inside, he felt his heart swell. This guy was defending him!
Fraust stepped back as he heard the words coming from the child's mouth. Was he really a kid? Or has he learned to speak in such a way through observation? In one sense, Crow's argument made sense, but the kid was still young and had a lot more to experience. Crow was a scary little child, daring to speak up to Andi, who seemed easily angered. All Fraust could do was to shake his head.
His attention turned to Ophelia. He, too, agreed with her and the blue female.
"I know that the Chevalier are highly skilled and only years of training could make them who they are now. And what? Sentinels are trained as quickly as possible while retaining all the hard work and skill? There's no way we will ever be able to pass on the true essence of our job without the Chevalier. Heck, I had trouble just warming up for the routines! My strength and skills are nothing compared to their's!"
