A large screen towered over the stadium. A spinner with twelve different battle field locations displayed on the screen, waiting to be choosen. One of the trainers jumps to the control room and presses a big green button to start up the spinner. The screenshots of each battlefield light up as they are passed by the spinner. Finally, the light stops on... The Seashore Field Split down the middle between land and sea, this field compliments land and water type pokemon. On the west end of the field is the land section: fine grained sand gradually slopes downward to meet the salt water on the east end of the battleground. A single palm tree wavers lightly in the breeze (the stadium ceiling is open when this field is selected) while shells are scattered in random places in and on the sand. In the water half of the battleground, the water laps at the sand much like at a real beach; when it retracts it leaves behind strands of seaweed and pieces of coral. Both are found under the water, offering shelter for water-types (or those who can hold their breath for great periods of times).

Kayla breathed deeply as she walked into the stadium. This field had a different smell to it. Her eyes were closed. She could smell the salt water and sand?
Kayla opened her eyes and her smiled widen into a grin. Seashore. She had not been on this field before and she is glad it was something pleasant and not some torture field such as Fire or Graveyard.
She started to climb onto the platform and it started to rise to it's place. Looking down, she saw that the field was divided between land and water. Of course they would be using land but maybe after the battle, and they weren't in need of recovery, Kayla could reward Quin to a swim.
"Come on out, Quin!" Kayla threw out her pokeball and Quin emerged on the soft sand. He smiled serenly as he felt sand under his paws. It was nice but winning a battle is much nicer.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." She said as she walked into the stadium, her sentret riding on his usual place on her shoulder. The sentret was chittering and pointing at the other trainer and she smiled, as she took her position on her side of the field. "Nice seeing you again." Flicking her hair over her shoulder Cassadaine, let Astrel hop from her shoulder over onto the arena field. Giggling as the sentret missed his mark some and landed in the shallows of the water, she shook her head with a grin. Leave it to Astrel to make such an appearance.
Shaking himself as he climbed out of the salty water, the sentret huffed at his trainer, before turning to regard the other pokemon. This one looked interesting...maybe he'd get to talk to him...but after the battle. Win first talk later.

Kayla waved at the Cass as she walked into the stadium. "I'm glad you made it! I'll start the battle, yes?"
Quin was watching Astrel as he hopped ff Cass's shoulder in interest. They had met at in the wagon previously and now they were going to battle. Quin pawed at the berry that was hanging from his neck by a string. Quin was curious about who would win between the two.
"Alright, Quin! Let's start off with Naturel's gift!" Kayla knew Astrel was weak towards fighting moves and was planning to exploit that to the fullest.
The Leppa berry arround Quintrell's neck began to glow as the pokemon calmly waited for his opponent to appear so he could dash towards the new pokemon and whip it with his tail and paw. Quote: Leppa berry + Natural gift = Fighting type move 800/800
