I'm so mad! Yesterday I went to the mall with Tyler and we went school shopping together, which was great since we were alone without parents, but my parents only gave me $60 this year to go school shopping. That might seem like a lot to some people, or it might seem like it's not enough. But around here, that only gets you like, 2 shirts at the mall. confused They said that I already have enough clothes for school. talk2hand Pshh. xDD So, I had to make the best of it.

I got a shirt from Kohls, a shirt from the Buckle, and a shirt from Vanity. I had extra money left so I bought a scarf that I've been wanting from Hot Topic. <3 I guess I did pretty good with $60, huh? biggrin Before I start school, I still want to get a RyRo vest. <3

Do you guys get new clothes for school?
Are you old enough to go school shopping without parents?
What're you gonna get for school?

I hope to take advantage of the FBR Webstore Back to School Sale and buy some stuff there!
Or I want to go to Hot Topic and buy a To Write Love On Her Arms Shirt. 3nodding
Or Forever 21 for those heart shaped sunglasses and cool rings. heart

When I do Back to School Shopping, it's usually at Kohl's or Target. xD
But I don't go out on shopping sprees for some reason. surprised

I've been saving up my money, but I don't usually intend to buy it on clothes because half the time it doesn't fit. neutral
I saved up like $60 to buy the Season 1&2 of Veronica Mars on DVD. (i'msolame)

I am old enough to go without my parents, but my mom insists that she comes just in case I pick out crappy clothes and have to return them. xp

Well um.. okay school doesn't start here until like september and i go to a catholic school so when you go to high school you hav to wear uniforms.
Their not that bad but i hate wearing uniforms...
But my parent's are still probly going to give me a little bit of money for stuuf but yea.

lame lmao?
I can shop by myself. But they don't trust me with money. So I have to shop
with them :/
I do the binder and supplies like at Target or w/e. But now I want to get the
Panic at the Disco binder, so I have to go to Hot Topic or order it online.
And mostly shirts from those lovely FBR grab bags <3

My parents can't trust me with money, either!
One summer, I was a part-time volunteer for the YMCA and helped little kids on their field trips.
And I spent all my money on a crapload of souvenirs. xd
My parents soon shrunk the amount of money I would get on those trips
but I'd always find some cheap s**t to hang on the refridgerator.

Sadly, I don't get new clothes.
Why? Well because over the course of summer,
my mom and I always shop. sweatdrop , so I really don't get new clothes till like mid year or around the new year.
And I shop with my friends. They just drop us off Walmart or Target for the actual school supplies, and then I just tag along my friends when they go clothes shopping.
And my parents somewhat trust me with money.
Somewhat...
