Hi there some of you may know me. If you dont then I'm HAZARD13 and this section of Cooking411 is called Hawaiian Island Creations for one reason. You know what it is? You guessed right its dishes that come directly from the Hawaiian islands. Or you didnt guess and now you think I am a complete idiot but I'm not. These dishes are local favourites all over the isle's. From the all famous Musubi, to mix plate. There are so many things for me to list that I may need more space. I will include some desserts and I will be on here hopefully everyday posting new recipes for your hearts to enjoy and trust me you will enjoy what I have. Some things you may find in your neighberhood supermarket and some you may only find in Hawaii. And remember just because it has coconut or pineapple on it dosent make it "Hawaiian". Check back here daily and THANKS!

HEY HOWS IT GOING FOLKS! This is my first recipe thats I am going to submit and it has to be the most easiest to do you cant possibly mees this up. It will only take a few minutes to make but only a fraction of that time to read this so ... LETS GET STARTED!
Ingredients you will need:
Ground Beef [Around 2 and a half pounds]
About 5 eggs [More or less if its just you or your entire family]
Gravy [Dosent matter if its homemade or packeged its gravy in the end]
White/Brown Rice [Or mashed potatos I prefer rice more]
What you are making : LOCO MOCO [a mixed plate]
Procedure: [NOTICE: IF SOME THINGS TAKE LONGER THEN OTHERS THEN DO IT YOUR WAY BUT JUST FOLLOW THROUGH IF I AM RIGHT ON HOW THEY WORK OUT! Thank you]
Ok so first of all make the ground beef into patties [do this first making the patties takes longer then anything] and put them on a grill or pan dosent matter. Then you want to make the rice next so just go ahead and make that rice or mashed potatos. So just let those puppys cook and when they are done cover the rice/potatos with foil [OMG dont put them in the foil and wrap them up. Put it in a bowl or something and then cover it with foil.] Same story with the finished patties. Why do you do this? Well so that it is not cold and you have nice hot burger patties. Now you want to get going on your eggs and gravy. If your done with your gravy then just keep it warm. If not then get going on it now cause yes soon you will get to eat this creation. The eggs you may need your parents help if you dont know how to make eggs yet. So make them any kind you like [NOT UBER CRISPY THAT IT IS JUST A BROWN THING!] I prefer sunny side up [non-flipped eggs] and over easy. When youve got that down then put your things in this order well you dont have to it just gives it more of a presentation. First rice/mashed potatos, Second goes your burger pattie, Third is your egg, and finally comes your gravy and just pour that on top your eggs. And then there you have successfulyl created the most CRAZIEST and DELECTABLE thing ever to be put in your mouth. Enjoy and come on back for more Hawaiian Style foods. Im HAZARD and I will see you later! THANKS PEOPLE!
