Okay, the story:
I'm borrowing Yushi's account because I'm trying to get this resolved.
I told the Captains that I was going to be missing for a bit, and that's what happened. I was on a trip out of town to work on some computers over the weekend. I enlisted my cousin to take care of my accounts here since I didn't want the Guild to die or mess up. That's one reason that Daven Moto was missing for this weekend.
He plays a lot of MMOs like World of Warcraft and so on. He went and bought me money at some website. Apparently Gaia caught that and decided that meant I was scamming and cheating, thus they banned Daven Moto AND Joys Surprise. The emails sitting in my email account say "purchasing gold and profiting from that transaction."
I have no clue what that means.
Yes, my cousin is very contrite. He was trying to get my accounts back without letting anyone know it wasn't me, so that I wouldn't get mad. I'm trying to get in touch with Customer Service via phone or with someone in the corporation that can unban these.
I shouldn't suffer because my cousin made a mistake.
If this goes on too long, I'll make a mule account and start again, but I had something like nearly a million in items for Daven Moto, and more for Joys Surprise.
For right now, the contest is still continuing, but the prize awards are on hold. I do plan to give them out, and I always did. It's going to take some time, but the prizes will be awarded, you have my word on it.
For right now, Squad 1 needs to just do their own roleplaying and continue on. I'll be in and back as I can be.
As for the Sereitei, this is why I have Vice Captains. In my absence, obey red_moon_wolfess, Jan-san and kazi_kage as though it were directives from me. Their word is law. I will deal with any problems personally and efficiently.
And yes, the irony of the banhammer is not lost on me. It upsets me and ticks me off that *I'm* getting punished here. Anyone who knows admins or any moderators or anyone in the corporation please speak to them. Write testimonials, have them contact me at davensjournal @ gmail.com and I'll go over everything.
Be assured that any problems will be dealt with.

More news: There is a 10 day backlog of problems with customer Service. So since this was first reported on the first of August, it's going to be the 10th before I get someone to talk to.
I guess I'll be patient.

Yes, a new avatar, and I'm going to be working hard to get all my stuff back. It's going to take some time, but I have friends donating things to me. That's good.

Magma was banned for 'laundering offsite and hacking'
Basically, I was using the same broadband as my friend who was selling items he 'obtained' from Gaia users.
and most of the people on my friends list including my cousins were perma-banned as well.
(Its good to be back though, lets not let these childish shenanigans pull us under weight)

I'm finding this odd, it seems every guild I'm active in the Guild leader gets banned for some unknown reason, thats striking me as odd.
But they always come back by either talking to the admins and getting their acc back or just make a new one.

Im aslso trying to re-activate mine aswell,
Sh!t happens....Im just a little displeased.
-I came back from vacation to find that Magma was perma-banned.
How would you feel? Gladly, im mature enough to make a new one and ask why Magma was 'killed' off.
