I have just finished season 1. I must say it's a terrific anime. But I am absolutely confused by the plots and frequent change in time line.
1. Keichi killed Mion and Reina at the end of the Spirited Away by the Demon Chapter. I was thinking that part was only a standalone story. But then how come in atonement chapter, Keichii has recollection of the murder? And those 2 are not dead. And isn't Keichii dead too?
2. Did Mion killed anyone before? This is a very baffling part. Unlike Mion (revenge part), it's not clear how much involvment she has in killing people who are suppose to incur the wrath of Oyashiro-sama.
3. Did Mion's granny decide to have Satoshi be spirited away? Since Shion later learnt from the village chief that the 3 nails she had sacrificed does not include Satoshi.
4. Was the person (Takano) Reina seen in the library (Atonement chapter) really a zombie?
I'm lazy at the momment so I'll give you a blunt answer!
1. The answer is in Season 2, they have died, all characters recall all these things.,.but blow it off as a Craaaaaazy dream.
2. Nope, Mion is completely innocent.
3. You'll see in Season 2....awwww, poor Satoshi.
4. Nope...but you'll find out! Then you will hate her!!!
