Pein was an orphan named Nagato. He along with Konan and one other named Yahiko were all orphaned and lived together. On their visit to the rain village, Jaraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru all met up with the three but only Jaraiya took the time to train them. He then left. Nagato and Konan both battled feverishly and watched Yahiko die. With the eyes that Nagato possess, he is able to transfer part of his soul to another body, hence all the bodies that he use. The one we most commonly find him in is the body of his old comrad, Yahiko. The other bodies are all of which Shinobi that Jaraiya has faced and defeated.

Pein is really kakashi ha ha ha he still owns but he's not pein cause kakashi is cooler so kakashi owns
