One could say that the man was at his wits end. Though the emotionless male, looked worn out aside from that he was like he always was, quiet and imposing. He was sitting in his small one bedroom accomidation which had always seemed enough until he suddenly found himself looking after a young child.
The girls name was Saedah, she was...a cornsnake...small and brightly patterned. It seemed a bit contridictary that her bold colors and she was more timid than a mouse. Right now he was comtemplating giving her back to the facility...it was obvious the girl didn't like him. As it was right now she was in a corner hugging a pillow she had become very attatched too. She was watching Kuyoja, but if he looked at her she hid behind the pillow as if it could save her.
Kuyoja released a very long breath he had been holdig. He had...made arrangements with another teacher at the facility. One he knew had raised children of his own. He wanted some advice...and hopefully the skills teacher would be here soon.

Orpheus was surprised by a call he got from another of the teachers about a meeting with him and his newyl adopted daughter. He wondered what was going on but had decided that since there was a little one there and a parent in need of advice he was going to bring along one of his sons.
Geia was good at watching after little ones and thought he would be a good helper.
It wasn't to far from the apartment he and his boys stayed in to where the teacher he was having his meeting with was staying. He glanced over at Ligeia and gave him a smile, "Thanks for the help." Orpheus felt a little guilty as not long ago he was telling his son he needed to have less responsibilities and here he was giving him another one...
The owl gave a smile and a nod, "Its not a problem. Its just to bad Vorel couldn't come along." He had left him back home for now, just in case the little one was scared of dragons like a few kids that Ligeia had met.
The redhead nodded then lifted a hand to knock on Kuyoja's door.

Kuyoja stood up slowly, keeping Saedah in the corner of his eye as he moved to open the door. The knock he assumed must of come from Orpheus. When he finally opened the door he gave the other red head a nod of his head in greeting.
"Mr. Solon...thank you for coming." He stated though his gaze moved to Ligeia breifly before allowing them both to enter his establishment. He figured the man must of thought a female presence could help sooth Saedah.
"This..is Sae...dah.." Kuyoja trailed off as he had waved in the direction of where the little cornsnake girl had been. All that was left was a pillow that looked several crushed. Shaking his head he gave a sigh.. "Well...now we get to play hide and seek with her.." he murmured obviously not fond of this game anymore.

Orpheus nodded, "Its no problem." He said as he stepped inside, turning his dual colored gaze to where a pillow as sitting and blinked a couple times and tried not to chuckle. Kuyoja had a sort of frazzled look about him so he doubted laughing would be any way to start a conversation.
Ligeia closed his wings tightly to his back as he moved into Kujoya's place careful not to accidentally bump anything with them, "I can go and look for her for you if you guys want to talk." He offered, able to tell by the man's tone that he might need a break.
The red haired skills teacher nodded, "Only if he doesn't mind you looking around, this is his home after all."
Ligeia nodded and turned to look at the teacher. Not a teacher he'd ever met but one he'd heard of through his brother's ramblings. He didn't seem as bad as one could come to believe...

Kuyoja only nodded his head going to offer Orpheus a spot to sit before replying.
"Yes..if you could. She is...a bit uncomfertable around strangers. So don't be offended if she doesn't come to you." he warned the owl girl, though uncomfertable was an understatement with ht e young girls reactions to every sound, and person...
"I apologize for the small space...it was more than I needed until ...I was gifted with the girl." He murmured trying to keep his tone low and even as he often didn't like to convey his worries or emotions at all.

Ligeia nodded before he started off first toward where the pillow was sitting and went about searching from there. If she was just given over to the man's care then she was going to be rather small wasn't she? That meant he would have to check just about everywhere to find her, "Saedah." He said as he searched, "My name is Ligeia, I came over to visit while my Dad talks to yours." He said, hoping she might hear him.
Orpheus watched Ligeia go before he moved to sit down where he was indicated to by the other man, "I understand how that goes, imagine living in a two bedroom apartment with two teenagers and two dragons." He said with a laugh, "Maybe you can take over my place after we move."

Kuyoja looked over the man his expression serious as always. That was right, the girl would be getting a dragon of her own. His blank expression turned into a slight look of worry. Though it looked more like he was suffering from mild indigestion rather than worry.
"The thing is I think the corperation made a mistake. I am to teach children not raise them..." he trailed off moving to lean his arms on his legs. "The girl is obviously terrified of me, so I do not think it is good to have her with me." He continued.
When Ligeia called out the little cornsnake girl burrowed herself deeper into the closet she had found open. There was the sound of a shoe being knocked out of the closet as she tried to get to the farthest point she could. Someone was calling her name...it wasn't the strange man she had been put with...and that made her even more scare.

"Ter was about the same when he came to live with us, a little grouchy, didn't talk. You have to remember that they have spent the first part of their lives in a lab so it takes time for them to adjust." He told the man as he looked him over, "How long have the two of you been together so far?"
Ligeia paused in his searchings, head tilting to the side, "Saedah I would like for us to become friends if you like." He said before he sat down on the floor, "I will wait here, alright? I won't search for you because I don't want to scare you."
It might be better for him to wait for her to come out, searching around under things for her and pulling her out of her hiding space wasn't a good way to make friends if she were just scared.

The sounds coming from the closet ceased, she felt a bit of relief...the strange one wasn't coming after her...but...the otehr two..she could still hear them speaking. Holding onto a sandal that wasn't hers she clutched it to her chest as she sat in the dim space. As long as the strange one didn't come looking for her she would be fine. Why couldn't she go back? She didn't like it here...with all the strange people and places...
There was a sound of sobbing coming from the closet.
Kuyoja twitched slightly as he heard the crying, he gave another sigh before responding to the man.
"Only a couple of days...but she won't let me near her...I am afriad she will starve at this rate.."

Ligeia scooted over to sit against the wall outside of the closet, looking over at the door when he heard the girl crying and gave a little wince. The poor thing... he didn't like the sound of a little one crying as it just made him want to cry, "Are you alright? Is there anything that you would like for me to get for you?" He asked, taking up another tactic to talk with her.
Orpheus looked toward where he heard the crying girl before he returned his gaze to the man, Ligeia had things under control so he would give his attention to Kujoya, "Its not to long a time to get used to each other. Food is a problem though, has she had anything to eat or drink since she arrived?"

Her crying becames loud sniffling as more talking came in her direction. It was closer. She scrambeled to squeeze herself tighter into the far corner of the closet. THe items in the closet crashed as she moved between them and it only made her more terrified. Her sobs grew louder as something squished her tail. Tugging it out from the basket that had an umbrella in it she held onto it and froze as the basket rolled and pushed the door open slightly. She instantly turned her body into the corner trying to obscure her face and most her body as best she could.
Kuyoja heard the crash and a small wince ran through his body. He gave another small sigh He ran a tired hand through his hair. " I put out food and water everyday for her to eat...she hasn't touched her food in the last two days...and the water is barely drank. I am ..worried."

Ligeia gave a jump then a flutter of his wings when the stuff started to crash around in the closet. He must have been more careful in his talking as he seemed to started her. He leaned over to look into the closet able to pick everything out with his ability to see in darkness. He spotted the girl then gave a little smile, "Are you alright Saedah?" He asked, his voice sounding a bit worried for her, "Did anything land on you?"
He didn't see anything at the moment but her crying had increased after things started to crashing around in there. It might have just been the sounds though.
"Have you tried eating with her?" He asked, wondering if he were setting food out for her like one would do for a pet or if he were inviting her to eat a meal with him.

The pink haired girl gave a little cry as there was most speaking. She was holding onto her tail and trembling hiding her face in the corner. WHy couldn't they just leave her alone? She wanted back to her old room!
"w....weave..." came a very soft little voice that was more like a squeak of a mouse.
Kuyoja shook his head. " I can't even get near the girl. SHe won't let me. It makes me wonder what happened to her before..." He mused not really wanting to think of the numerous things that could of happened to cause her to be this way.

"I'm sorry, I don't want to bother you I just wanted to check on you is all." He told her, giving her his best smile. THe teacher hadn't been joking when he said she wasn't comfortable around others. He sat back against the wall again one more, "Your Daddy is worried so I told him I would find you."
"One could only guess." He murmured, shaking his head. He really didn't want to know about how the Techs and their poking and prodding of the young children they referred to as 'projects'. In fact he didn't really like them in the least and hadn't for a while now.
"I am sure she just needs time to adjust and things will go better." He said, in an assuring manner, "What sorts of things have you been making her to eat?"

Kuyoja thought a bit and then leaned back as the question was posed at him. "Well....what I eat. Rice, and tofu...and mostly healthy things." He explained wondering if there was some chance the other teacher may have a clue to how to help him. Though food wise he wasn't so sure.
Saedah sniffeled some more relaxing some as the head disspeared from veiw.
"D...daada?" She murmured not sure who this one was referring to. She shifted a bit wiping her nose with her bare arm. A bright red ribbon was tied around her chest though it looked a bit worse for wear. She moved a bit from the wall, the voice was...low...and quiet...it didn't seem so scary now..
