i was totally blown away by the whole thing and remembered reading this fic on fanfic.net about bella having a baby. someone ACTUALLY wrote a story about this!!!!
EXACTLY the same. bella having sex. bella getting pregnant. bella's baby eating her up from the inside and slowly killing her. bella having to drink blood.....it was all in there omgggg~ someone find it!! lol i ws trying to find it but i couldnt. anyone know which one im talking about?
ha and everyone who reviewed was like 'this is ridiculous. bella couldnt get pregnant. what a dumb story.' who has the last laugh now razz

I don't know if I've read the same one as you, but I've defintely seen the whole "Bella gets pregnant!" plot over at ff.net.

I know how you feel; I once read a fanfic where Bella had the exact same power Renesmee has.

gotta find it!! im totally dying to see how people commented after the book came out biggrin all i can think that comes to mind is 'hahaha in your face lol' . i thought for sure it was gonna be in my favorites but i guess i thought it wasnt that much of a knock my socks off kinna thing to really put it up there.

You know the part where Alice runs away... that seemed soooo familiar to me when i was reading it, and i thought maybe i'd had a dream or something like that (strange, i know) but maybe it was from a fan fic? IDK

Well, Stephenie has be known to read a few fanfics... before she became really big and before she became busy with all these tours and book signings and stuff.

Well it's not exactly the same... it's not even close, the only thing similar is that Bella's pregnant. And was Twilight really realeased in '06?? There is no way that New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn came out like 2 years later... there is just no freaking way

crazy isnt it? but not just that bella is pregnant. see plenty of people came up with bella being pregnant. with a hottie like edward for a boyfriend and them being it love it was bound to come out.
the thing that REALLY got me was that she managed to ALSO get that:
her baby would have a negative physical toll on bella (maybe not so dramatic as in breaking dawn but bella is eating a lot more, she is fainting, she is falling asleep without figuring out why)
the baby is feeding off of bella, making bella resort to drinking blood
the situation is so bad that carlisle and edward want to kill the baby. he would still rather lose the baby than lose her (carlisle still lets bella decide)
she insists on protecting it because it's edward's child

Twilight was published in Fall 2005.
A new book was published every Fall after that.
It made me look foward to school starting. xD
'Cause it'd mean a new Twilight book was coming out.
I'm sad now though.
That won't be the case next year. =(
