The purpose of this Sub Forum is so that all members of the guild may speak directly to an Elder Council member about any issues, problems, or thoughts that they may have.

Each Elder Council member is asked to create a topic in this Sub Forum by their name, there by allowing any member wishing to speak to an Elder Council member can do so easily, while being able to see if someone has already asked or inquired about an issue.

All members may post in this sub forum, but ONLY the Elder Council may create a new topic.

Every Elder Council member will be required to check there specific forum at least once per day that they log in. (That means you come HERE first, before you even do your dailys)

Furthermore, no member is to comment on someone else's issues that they may see.

I ask that guild members use THIS method instead of PM when speaking so as to free up the Elder Council members PM box and make it much easier to deal with multiple issues at once.

However, I understand some things are extremely personal, and if you feel uncomfortable, then you may PM an Elder Council member.

Try to keep this service as business as possible (IE, don't leave a message of "Lol, Bump, Ari is smexay" *Though the latter is true, we don't need people stating the obvious and deviating our time from the other members who really need it*)

All Savants are required to aid their Master in monitoring their Master's chamber.

For instance, it is the Master's duty to tell the Savant when and if the Master will be gone for long instances.

When this occurs, the Savant must monitor the chamber of their Master.

Also, Chou, is not an Elder Council member, so he is not allowed to create a new topic in this thread, despite his high rank.
