kisa entered the training aria and unsheathes her sword as the dummy hollow enters "this is to easy" kisa said as she readied to fight
she charged the hollow and switched her sword to her front pointing it down and impaling the hollows mask after the hollow let off a scream it vanished(or broke down what ever dummy hollows do XD)

Calliay takes her stance, as a class 9 hollow enters.
"Bonki."She yells.
"Scream,Kubomi ri-to(Hollow song)"
A transparent Banshee appears behind her.
"Now scream!!!"
A scream errupts from its mouth and the hollow vanishes.
"Not bad.I'm getting better."
(Hollows range from class 1 to 100.4 me.)

(these r dummy hollows not demmiXD dummy hollows r just for training like in ep 46 XD but i guess there can be levels)

Yoruichi enters the training arena. A dummy hollow appears.
Yoruichi trips the (very clumsy) dummy hollow, jumps and breaks its mask.
The dummy hollow lets out a shriek and disintergrates.
"that was too easy. can't i get something more challenging?" Yoruichi complains.

Another dummy hollow appears.
Yoruichi attacks but the dh (dummy hollow) dodges and attacks.
Yoruichi flash steps behind and kicks the dh smashing its face into the ground.
the dh disintergrates.
"I've had enough." Yoruichi said and leaves the training arena.
