Submission Guidelines
Submitting your kats doesn't have to be a bother for anyone! But pelase, read through the folowing information adn try to use the forms to help in making this easier.
Submission DOs:
01. DO submit links with a name and race. It makes it faste rto add them.
02. DO note wether it is an addition (link/kat has never existed before) or an update (either link change, or needs star(s) removed/error checked). There is a slight difference in work, and I can use ctrl+f to find existing kats to link change them faster.
03. DO make sure that your cards stay updated. I will be occasionally perusing, and other people may catch and report errors! So don't think you can get away with things.
04. DO check up on your kats links regularly to see of they may have been marked for issues, that it IS the proper link, and everything is okay - including that your kats are all in the registry! We're not mindreaders to know, and submitting things already in adds more work to check.
05. DO listen when we report issues, and please change them ASAP. We're not doing it to be mean, we're doing ti to keep yourself up to date. If you want to breed, you kat MUST be legal and be clear here with no issues.
06. DO keep your cards up to date, including children, mates, and egg slots. We WILL be checking, and others will spot inconsistencies and tell us as well. So please, keep your cards up to date at the same links and there won't be issues ever past the first submission!
Submission DON'Ts:
01. DON'T post the image - I only need the link. I can then clock it to check the card, and posting the image makes page loads longer.
02. DON'T ask to add something yourself. We can handle this, as well as there is other tracking going on.
03. DON'T send PMs for updates. They should always go to this thread. ALWAYS.
04. DON'T be obnoxious and demand thigns be done, or assume you know something better then us. When we're in doubt, WE will check with Meeki about ANY exceptions. We are staff, we know the rules, and if we're wrong in the end, we'll fix it. It won't be the end of the world otherwise.
05. DON'T get bitchy if we make a mistake. There is over
2,000 entries in the registry now, and that's a lot for ANYONE - even multiple people - to go through. We don't have a magical program to make all this - this is had done. And we're humans.
06. DON'T submit a kat that is perfectly fine in the registry. If it's not new, not an updated link, or a kat requiring the removal of stars, PLEASE DO NOT submit it! It only make smore work for em to check, only to find that nothing NEEDED to be altered in the registry. PLEASE only submit those which NEED something done in the regeistry threads.

Please Note!Submissions found to have errors will be added, but MARKED with errors! I will try to add notes to your posts when I mark them complete, so please check your posts after awhile! You WILL be expected to fix errors. And yes, if I find errors, I may contact you regarding them. Particularly if there's several.
