In Depth view of Poketopolis:

Suburbs

Here is where the majority of the middle class Pokemon live, and is where Shifty School is located. Shiftry School covers all of the basics of life, while Kangaskhan College, located on the edge of the suburbs and the business section of town, delves into schooling for specific jobs. There is also the Church of Arceus at the town center, where many festivals are held. The Mew family are well known for assisting pokemon in need, emotionally or physically, as well as organizing all of the events.

Business Square

This is where the majority of the jobs are found, as well as the main powerplant for the entire city. All businesses are enviromental friendly, thanks to the research of Professor Buterfree, who is always looking for ways to embetter the lives of all pokemon without causing inconvenience to nature. This is also where the Bank of Poketopolis is found. Despite how tempting this place is to criminals, few dare make attempts to rob the place thanks to Police, which is located right next to the bank. Leading the Police force is Darkrai. Also to be found here is the Mayor's office, where Nidoking, Nidoqueen and thier two children reside. Finally, Chansey Hospital is located here.

Farmlands

Although the Business Square takes care of most areas of pokemon life, the city of poketopolis would be nothing without the farmlands. here is where all of the milk,juices berries and other foods come from. Not only that, only an hour's drive/flight away is the famous hot spring and Luxray Resort, a japanese-styled hotel which caters to most everyone, providing not only lodging and the hot springs, but also massage and guided tours.

Uptown
This is where all of the rich and famous live, as well as the more flashy jobs, like movie making, modeling, TV and fashion-based jobs. However, along the west side is where the Flareon gang reside, a band of criminals that work in secret, and have agents living all throughout Poketopolis. This is also where the Steamboat Gambling center can be found, which is owned by Flareon and her gang. Also there are many gondola rides available for those who want to simply roll along to river, sometimes just to relax, othertimes for romantic dates.

Shopping Plaza
You don't think pokemon work for the fun of it, do you? Although most enjoy thier jobs, they fdon't work for free, and this is where a good chunk of thier hard earned pokedollars go. This strip of land holds stores of all kinds, from grocery stores to fashion, appliances and electronic, to resturuants and bakeries. Even arcades for the young ones. And for tutoring in self defense, one can find the Lucario Gym here as well.
