It played on ABC today. I managed to catch it 14 minutes after it started, so I missed my favorite part when the little girl's parents die and when she arrives at the house.
I have no clue why those are my favorite parts, but they've always been since I was a small little las. I think it's the contrasting colors and sounds, they're wonderful in those two scenes.
Good movie, now that I watch it and can actually comprehend what's going on. heart
Did anyone else manage to catch it today?

I *love* the Secret Garden!
You might also want to read Frances Hodgson Burnett's other novel A Little Princess. (Personally it's my favorite out of the two.)
I've never read her other well known book Little Lord Fauntleroy. When I was first reading those books the thought of a male protagonist disinterested me. Though I think I might like it now.
