This room has three laboratoties in it and is dedicated to the developmet and mastery of Fuyudou. The Ice kidou created by the combined minds of Sagamoto-fukutaicho, Hitsugaya-taicho, Ninchou-taicho, and Nihasaki-taicho. Sagamoto being the best at it comes to the lab from time to time to give suggestions on creation.
