In a small town in Eastern Russia a baby boy was born into a family of Vampire hunters they named him Grigori,after the first person in the family to slay a vampire.When the boy turned five his family sent him away to a foreign place.His dad said to him before he left "You are going to be sent to an old friend of mine,he will train you to kill vampires."

The young boy was sent to live with his father's friend,Adlar.Adlar taught him kill a vampire along with other students,the other students didn't like him.There was one student who liked him her name was Eseld.They were one of the best students that Adlar had.

Nine years later when Grigori was in the training room he heard someone yell "Assassins!They are trying to kill Adlar!" so he ran to the gates and he saw people wearing white robes climbing over the walls.He was ready to defend himself,but he heard a someone say "All students go to Adlar's library and defend it!" so he went to the library where he saw Eseld,she had an arrow in her chest.He knew he couldn't do anything except get revenge on whoever did this.He walked out of the library with his sword and pistol he killed about four or five when he was shot in the arm by a crossbow the leader of the assassins saw the boy crawling towards him he kicked him in the ribs knocking him out from the pain.He woke hours later and everything was burnt down there was no sign of life anywhere so he got up and started limping towards the nearest city.

After hours he finnaly saw a traveler he called out for help,and the traveler walked up to him.Grigori looked in the travelers eyes and said "Your a vam-" the traveler quickly bit Grigori's neck.That was all he could remember before he was bitten.

Grigori who is now a vampire found where the assassins were located,he would now get revenge on the ones that killed Eseld.The sun was setting Grigori was practicing the skills he learned from Adlar.The sun was out of the sky Grigori went to the castle where all the assassins would be.Inside the walls of the castle were about seventy-five people in white robes but only one in a black robe,Grigori walked up to him and the assassin recognized him and he yelled in a language that Grigori didn't understand.Grigori quickly pulled out his dagger and killed the leader of the assassins the other assassins yelled out "Karayan!",Grigori barely escaped with his life,those assassins were persistent.When he was running through the crowded streets he heard everyone call him Karayan Nyx.He decided that was his name.

After getting chased out of every city Karayan went to London.He was reasting by a lake when he saw a pale skin girl walking towards him.He looked up at her she said "You don't remeber,do you?" and Karayan said "Remember what?" "It was me," she said "I saved you." Karayan said "From what?Just tell me who you are." "I'm Dahlia," she said "you were walking down the road.You almost died but I saved you." Karayan looked at her and remembered the face of the vampire that bit him,"Why?"
he said "Why what?" Dahlia said "You didn't save me," Karayan said "I have chased out of every city I've been to.I can't live anymore I have to constantly stay on the run." Dahlia said "Come with me I have a house in the outskirts of here." Karayan followed Dahlia to her home.He finnaly found a place where he is safe.

Dahlia and Karayan fell in love they didn't have a care in the world,until one day Karayan's younger brother,Dimitri,heard of a vampire around London.Dimitri promised his father that he would kill this vampire not knowing that the vampire he was talking about was of his own blood.After his brother arrived Karayan feared that he would kill Dahlia so he went out that night to find and kill Dimitri,but when he found Dimitri he was chasing after Dahlia in the marketplace DImitri pulled out his crossbow and shot Dahlia through the heart "I declare London free of this blood sucking vermin!" Dimitri said.everyone cheered for Dimitri except Karayan he leapt towards Dimitri knocking him on the ground then Karayan took out a dagger and killed Dimitri.Everyone screamed "Kill it!Kil the vampire!"

Once agian he ran,nowhere was safe for him.

After Hundreds of years of running and hiding from everything a vampire called Silver took Karayan to The House of Revenants,Where Lord von Revenants welcomed Karayan into the family.
