From what I understand, they tape at a school in San Diego with Neptune stuff covering everything that is associated with the actual school. xp

I don't think they've ever made a fictional show with a real high school. They'd get so sued.

According to the guy at this website (check out the updates page - he was an extra on the show) They used a school called Mar Vista for some of the locations for VM, and Neptune ... (Mar vista also has it's own website, but no pictures), they also used a high school called Hilltop High School for shots at pan high.... (Hilltop also have a website) Just a little bit of useless info I managed to find on the net!!

Rushton I don't think they've ever made a fictional show with a real high school. They'd get so sued. Actually they wouldn't get sued, all they would have to do is get the principal and superintendent to sign a contract that says they can.

I meant if they used it without permission. And ninety-nine per cent of the time, there's no way they'd get permission because nothing good ever happens at high schools in the movies, and schools don't want the bad rep.

Yeah, true. But some schools go by the phase "Any pulicity is good pulicity" and also if the school isn't getting alot of money from the state, the money would come in handy.

Yeah, I know this is kind of silly, but I kind of want to go to school in San Diego next year, just to be closer to all the filming and maybe try to be an extra or something on the show, but I was really sad when I was down there for the weekend of comic con, but I didn't even know about it until I got back sad
