I'm sure that many have already thought this, but I haven't seen threads about it yet. I'm talking about organizing tournaments inside our guild on zOMG's pvp ( that, to ones that still don't know, won't be included in first release but will be added quite soon, according Qixter ).
Extended to each member of our guild that want to partecipate, would be a centaur versus centaur competition, ring against ring, hoof versus hoof, maybe judged by an arbiter ( Elders would be perfect, but I think that any trustful member will do ).
They could be periodical, something like one tournament every three-six months, depending on ease of organizing them. We could also reward winners with a place in some "Honor thread" and some kind of prize.

The idea can be surely sharpened and smoothed, but I wanted to know if it could be appreciated or if it's uninteresting.

Glad you liked this. I'm wondering how to get money for prizes, though. I don't know if it would be better to trust our members's kindness to get them or putting up a very small entry fee to raise enough money.

Good idea, sounds like it would be fun.

And as far as prize money goes, I don't think that'll be a problem when the time comes.

Obviously, there's little we can do until pvp comes out and people are strong enough to put up a decent fight. Anyway, if anybody have some improvements to propose, feel free to post, I'll check here sometimes.

Well, at least you would be very difficult to be dazed, if you continuosly heal yourself. But I suppose that you'll have at least a ring to attack, no? Just in case your party gets dazed and you want to avenge them mrgreen .

I hope that Elders will help to organize this, would give a more official look to the tournament. Oh well, we will see if we manage to make this project real 3nodding .
