Various shades of blue and black laid beneath the trees natural shade. Eyes closed, the suspicious looking Ulaya seemed to be sleeping. I suppose that was part of it. Miles slept to try and connect with his past life, the one that seemed so close to him. But when he tried to reach for the answers, it only got further from him. The only thing that was clear was the sight of a very familiar face. But the name seemed to have escaped him. 'Waking' up, Miles odd cat like eyes scanned the area. There seemed to be no one around. The cat slight in his eyes glowed the color blue, the rest of his eye drowned with the color of black. His spotted tail curled around him, as his right eye lay to rest. He couldn't remember what had happened to his stitched up eye, he also didn't seem to want to know. Seeing that no one seemed to be around, Miles closed his eye once again. Staying in the darkness of the trees shadows.

Zaiden wandered about lazily in the new terrain. He had felt the need to explore having spent much of his childhood by the beach. There was still so much for him to explore and venture into.
He was in no particular hurry. There was no where he needed to be and no one in his life he needed to visit or see. He had all the time in the world and could stay as long as he wanted, where-ever he wanted.
His black coat did not really blend with the green grasses he wandered through, and his light blue markings certainly gave away his presence, but then, he wasn't worried if anyone saw him anyways. Spotting a hady tree ahead, he decided it would be a nice time for a nap, unaware the tree was currently occupied. Aita frowned as caught the scent of other ulayas nearby. she did not really like the company of others and was particularily unsociable. She was by no means an evil female, but she just preferred to be alone and was only malicious if another was stupid enough to annoy her.
The flames about her feet flickered as she approached the seemingly dozing blue and black male under the tree. He was odd in a way and she was curious but at the same time she did not wish to wake him. She only wanted to check it out and then leave before he awoke.
The wind blew softly, and the flames surrounding her danced eerily, licking greedily up her legs and around her tail and head.

Miles past came to him in much of a blur of frustration. Sometimes he could handle himself very well, but today, it seemed different. His agitation only seemed to grow as his past stayed the same. He let out a like growl, much unlike him. Trying to calm himself down, his ears began to twitch. There seemed to be another coming his way. But Miles cared not if another was around him, sometimes company was better then trying to figure out something that seemed like it'd never crack.
With a sudden flick of his other ear, the sound of another. Though, their trail seemed to be far different then the steps of the first. The sound of crackling filled his ears, like fire. Smelling burning grass reach him closer and closer, he opened his eye slightly. Not being able to tell if anyone was there, he completely opened his eye to see someone coming his way. But with a slight look around, He didn't seem to find the other person he had heard coming his way. He let off a slight shrug and kept his eye on the prize. Looking towards the female, with flames dancing around her.

Zaiden froze at the sound of a loud growl coming from the other side of the tree he had chosen to be his resting spot. He stood silently, crouching to hide his presence as much as possible as his dark blue eyes scanned the area briefly and then remained fixed upon the tree.
Aita had not been expecting the other to let out such a loud noise and jumped in surprise when the growl echoed in her ears. Flicking them in annoyance she scowled at the male. Her flames seem to dance angrily, as if reflecting her annoyance.
She watched his restless demeanor, contemplating if she should not just leave now before he realized she was there and irritated her further. But it was too late. Before she could turn and retreat, he had opened his one good eye and seen her. She gave an irritated sigh and faced the male before her who was now fully aware of her presence.
The expression on her face was not overly friendly in any manner. She cared not much for the company of others, preferring to be alone as much as possible. She waited for his inquiry as to what she was doing there, which she was sure would come.
Zaiden spotted the flaming female, and watched as she seemed to be looking at something directly under the tree but just out of his sight behind it. He was not overly concerned with whatever it was and if there was any danger, it would have presented itself by now. Choosing to make himself known, he stood at full height on his 4 paws and slowly walked forward lazily. His stance was non-threatening and could even e taken as if he seemed unconcerned by the presence of the others.

Miles had forgotten there was another near him, as his attention went to the female. He hadn't realized he had scared her, so his impression of her wasn't bad. But I suppose her facial expression wasn't all that excited about anything either. He thought nothing of that however. Scanning her over, he waited a couple moments to see if she'd say anything. She didn't say much, so he amused she was waiting on him. He gave her a smile, before saying much of anything.
"Why, hello there.."
His ear beginning to flick again, he looked around. Seeing nothing, there suddenly seemed to appear another Ulaya. Looking the other up and down, he didn't seem very threatening. Guessing this was the other Miles had heard the first time, his attention went to him. He was blue and black like he was, Miles more so then the other though. He then sent a smile and nod to the male as his greeting. Not expecting two others to be at his presence.

Aita watched the blue and black male silently. When he finally spoke, her lips curled slightly, "yea...hello." She wished he would get on with it and state whatever it was he had to say or was thinking. Her ears flickered as she felt herself becoming agitated with this unusual ulaya. He seemed to calm at her presence. This only served to further irritate the flaming female.
Seeing his eyes shift from her, she turned her head to see what he was now looking at. Another male was approaching. Her lips curled further into a snarl. "oh great, another stupid male." she muttered. Of all days to run into the company of 2 males. She certainly was unamused and did not look forward to the encounter. But then she never really looked forward to anything, hating the company of others. But at least they were not females. She hated females most of all.
Zaiden returned the welcoming nod as he inspected the other visually. He certainly was an odd looking ulaya. He shrugged at the thought and gave a friendly smile. "Well hello there" he turned to look at the female, who seemed not to be in the best of moods from her facial expressions. But this did not bother him in the least nor did it concern him. It could be a lovers spat for all he knew.
"Am I interrupting?" he said with a grin as he laid down in the shade, looking from one to the other. An odd pair they certainly were. He crossed his front paws and simply laid there, unmindful of whatever was to come.

Miles didn't really know what to say to the female. Being rather new to this whole place, he didn't know how to act. Well, unless you asked him if he could get you out of some sticky situation. He was definitely a genius when it came to that sort of stuff. But making conversation with new people wasn't much of his thing. I suppose he was those types who needed to get used to the company before starting any kind of series convo. Not to mention he only seemed to be used to a couple others... Only if he could remember who...
His attention being on the male. He then looked back to the female after she was greeted. Looking back at the male, Miles tilted his head. Interrupting something? Hmmm. He must've not heard their conversation, even being so close to them, before coming along. They had only greeted each other and left a tad bit of an awkward silence lingering in the air. Miles just gave a shrug, his tail now waving in the air.
"No, not interrupting.." He smiled.
