Okay.... my PS3 is ******** up lately:

Sometimes when I turn it on, I'll get these black lines moving from the bottom of the screen going up... and this loud a** humming noise.
In the beginning, it would start when I turn my PS3 on, or it'll just occur in the middle of a game. Now it occurs 100% of the time, the minute I turn my PS3 on. I bought new red/yellow/white wires, but it didn't help at all.
Any ideas on a fix?
