It helps with cramps. Wouldn't reccommend it on a really heavy flow day though. The flow actually kills the feeling for a guy and when he pulls out, it looks like he got done slaughtering a pig.

I always thought it sounded pretty nasty and guys would not like it.. though a lot of girls have a higher sex drive during (I get that, before and during the beginning of). Messy, but doesn't help when I have cramps seeing as when I get cramps, I can't move without being nauseous.
Though it still kinda bothers me, and I'm always worried about it soaking through the towel onto the bed, so I don't get to excited over it (i.e. doesn't do much for me).
