It was a new day in the mountanous territory of Brynhild, the sun had yet to cross over the mountains and would leave the village on the other side in shadow until midday. It was this time that a white lady fafner with pink zig-zagged stripes, light blue dragonflies and light purple hair stepped out of her hut. It was always colder in the mountains, especially in the shadows, but luckily for the Brynhild natives they had developed thicker fur that helped to keep the cold out.
Valeria wiped a sleepy eye with a white paw, deciding that she had enough herbs to take care of for now. "I think I'll go visit Tatsuya and Akira today." The femme enjoyed their company, and she could tell Tatsuya did as well. Akira was always a joy to be around, she could tell her father was raising her right. If only she could meet a male that she knew wouldn't betray her...the hard part would be letting him pass through her shell that she created when she was a fluff. It seemed like forever since the last time she talked to her father.
She shook her head to get rid of the thoughts, it was a new day and she should focus on the positive. Maybe a nice walk through the village bafe heading up the mountain to her old friend's hut.

A small glint in the shadow of large trees sparkled in the sunlight, blinking. Such a light might only belong to the eyes of a dark male who strolled casually by the shadows, not ready to absorb the sunlight in the early dawn. He himself had such mild radiance of a black diamond, and was quite in a cheerful mood. He wanted to meet Akira and her father after a short chat with his aunt Moonlight.
So, his uncle wanted to talk with him as well, but walking back and forth could be an honest hassle at such times. He had taken a walk for weeks almost without stop, and wasn't ready to rest before reaching his destination. Sure, he was well built for such a thing, but a rest now and then could be great....
Well, it probably would be his bad sense of direction at fault here, actually.

( Gah I somehow got confused...that should be Akira in my post. I shall fix! )
The white femme began her trek up the mountain trail to the male's hut. It was odd, how they met and came to be friends, or so she thought. She had only just come to Brynhild with her father and brother, and while out gathering herbs one day they met. Valeria remembered that she was wary of the black fafner at first, but they would come across each other frequently when he harvested and she gathered herbs. She had to admit that even though she was happy that Tatsuya had found a mate and was no longer as lonely as before, it made her lonely when he was taking care of his new mate while the children were still fluffs.
It made her feel a little selfish, actually. But hey, now she would get to see him for the first time since he returned. Valeria half wondered if his cousin that he'd mentioned once or twice before would come to congratulate him, or if any family he hadn't mentioned before would come. Although she could seem a little aprehensive around strangers she was still excited at the thought of meeting more of his family.

[Would we have to RP as the others? o 3o The children grew, btw. x3 ]
Kimahri jogged up the hill with anxiety filling his head. What if the kids didn't like adults like him as he had in his childhood? What if, what if...?
He sighed. A lone hunter like him wouldn't understand... What's the point? He began filling his mind once more with a haze of confusion, and continued to run.
Well, I didn't want to come...but if it's Moonlight, I guess... I guess I'll be willing....
He exhaled, and finally looked up, only to meet the eyes of a striking white femme with very familiar markings. Who...? He stopped before he crashed into her, and blushed beneath all that dark and starry fur.
Trying to avoid her, he turned his head away with an apology. "I-I'm sorry, miss, I didn't see you there... I was just headed for a relative's hut....Apologies..."
