"PAaaaaaaaaay!!"
"Yes, Tao, we're going to go play with Aunt Jeane." Kirika shifted the strap of the little demon boy's chest harness to a better position on her shoulder, careful of his pointed little tail. Brushing her bangs from her eyes, she grinned, looking up at Jeane's house. Behind her, Rose - with a second baby around the same age as the demon, though this sleeping girl had white-feathered wings - glanced around over the top of her perscription shades. "I hope Bob and Pepito are here."
"Unk Bob!!" Horo Horo nodded, clapping his little hands. His small body was tucked in a third harness, this attached to the chest of a girl that looked strikingly similar to Rune. Well, if her eyes were hazel, and her hair sandy, at any rate. The girl grinned, ruffling his blue hair. "Yup, Uncle Bob. Hope they like our present."
"Awww, they will." Rune and Chloe chorused confidently. The mother of the brood had a small bundle wrapped in a blanket in her arms; a small tail hung from it, curled slightly, and small noises came from the cocoon. Chloe and Mirelle, side by side on their mother's left, were grinning from ear to ear.

Blue eyes peered through the front door. "Reeene~! Reeene~! People are coming up to the door!" Chaya squealed.
The other banir raised an eyebrow and walked to the door. "Well. Whaddya know? Conan will be pleased." She paused slightly. "Go tell him his girlfriend is here. That'll make him mad." Chaya giggled and skipped up the stairs. In the mean time, Rene answered the door.
"Heya." She said, nodding to everyone. "How are ya?"
At about that time, Chaya came screaming down the steps. "Conan's Girlfriend is here! Conan's Girlfriend is here!"
"Cut it out, Chaya!" Conan said, charging down after her. He managed to scoop up the girl before looking out and seeing everyone. He dropped her quite quickly. "Uh, Hi Rune, everyone."

"Hi, Rene." Mirelle grinned. Last time she'd seen the Banir, the blonde had only been a toddler, but she had quite approved of Jeane's eldest. "We're good - figured we'd come for a visit."
Kirika turned dark red, ducking her head, and Chloe giggled. "Hi, Conan. We brought your girlfriend."
"Shippo." Rose muttered aside to her twin. Chloe flushed, and Rune smiled knowingly as Kirika whispered "Hi, Conan."
"CoCo!" Horo Horo giggled, clapping. He liked Conan and his Aunt Jeane. "Co Co pway?"

Conan muttered several threats down to the blue haired angel. She grinned up at him, once again the picture of perfection. "I'll, uh, go call everyone down." He murmured, shooting a look at Kiri. "You, uh, look really nice, Kiri." Schwoom. Conan had never ran as fast as he did then, running up the stairs.
Apparently he spread the word quickly, because more children streamed down the stairs. Kaugra stood beside Chaya, looking over Rene and her group with narrowed eyes. The long absent Draco carried a red dragon hatchling who watched Rune with large eyes. Mignon came down, unhappily lugging Vincent and Victoria. Victoria happily started babbling when she saw everyone. Conan finished last, carrying InuYasha.
Well, almost last. Jeane eased her way down the steps, leaning on Dhee's arm. She didn't look too pleased. Then again, her little frame had gained about seventy pounds allready. She looked like she was trying to smuggle a beach ball under her shirt. The scowl left her face when she saw who had came calling. "Rune! It's been forever!"

It was impossible for Kirika to blush any darker, but she certainly looked pleased. Mirelle saluted Conan's vanishing form up the stairs, grinning. "It's almost like our house." She commented to Rose, who laughed and elbowed Chloe. "Without the crashing, though."
Apparently, she'd spoken too soon, because a small girl with silver-furred fox ears and a thick tail landed with a small crash on the front stoop, pushing a shock of brown hair from her eyes. "Sorry, Mama, I didn't mean to - Kagura-sama!" Rin cheered, happily pushing past Rene to hug the Wind demoness. Tao, Angel and Horo Horo - seeing fellow babies in Inuyasha, Vincent and Victoria - began squirming and babbling in their own baby voices.
"I'll say." Rune beamed, still cradling the bundle in her arms, and waved over the heads of the children separating them. "You look like you should be laying in bed. Bob and Pep around?"

The living room seemed to erupt into noise. Victoria started to squeal even louder as the other babies did. Not to be outdone, Inu started to howl. Conan grimaced. Vincent covered his ears and whipered. Mignon, looking even more annoyed, plopped the twins down on the ground.
"I should." She agreed. "That's where I live most of the time." She scowled for a moment, before shouting: "Hey! Quiet down a bit!" Her children, at least, got a little bit quieter.
"I thought I was supposed to be the dragon." Dhee muttered in an aside to Rune.
"You probably think you're the man in the relationship, too." Bob said, coming in from the kitchen. Pepito and Twizzler the skullmonkey followed right behind. She smiled and waved happily.

Rune snorted. "You've never heard her bellow? Jeez, ask Conan about the bird cage bit sometime." Then she winced as the bundle in her arms started to wail. "Ow! You guys, knock it off! Yes, we'll play!"
"Dow pway!" Tao grumbled, glowering at his mother before looking over at Inu with interest. He had dark, slightly messy hair, black symbols tattooed at the corners of his amber eyes, and a small black tail that flicked back and forth. By contrast, the once sleeping little girl was golden blonde, with huge blue eyes and fluffy feathered wings. She looked rather abashed, ducking her small head as she looked at Vincent. "Sowwwie."
Horo Horo, meanwhile, clapped his hands and reached out for Pepito with glee. He remembered this nice lady with the patch! The girl holding him grinned and waved back. "Hi Pepito, Bob. Hey, Mignon, you look like quite the little lady now."

*Is bored and coloring the baby picture for practice* XD
"Oh, Iiiiive heard her bellow before." Dhee said, winceing. Usually, the bellowing was at him. For making her fat. Eeeee. He did eye Conan at the mention of a birdcage. The teen pretended not to notice.
Vincent blinked at the apology and, suprisingly, said something to her. "Dow?" Victoria blnked at him and babbled quickly. He didn't speak much after that.
Conan, happy to be rid of Inu, plopped the boy down. He looked around for a moment before crawling over to the lady holding the funny baby that looked at him.
Pep, grinning, reached to take Horo Horo. "How are you, sweetie?" She cooed. Bob rolled his eyes, smiling slightly.
Mignon puffed up her chest. "Thank you! I do try, you know." Jeane rolled her eyes at the girl.

(*smirks* Cuuuuute baby.)
The little girl - Angel - smiled shyly and tugged at Rose's sleeve. Mirelle casually unhooked the small baby and set her on the floor, Tao following a moment later. The demon boy looked at Inu and held out one slightly-clawed baby hand. "Pway?"
The elder girl handed Horo Horo over cheerfully, snorting at Bob. "Aww, come on, Daddy Bob. You gotta be nice to babies." Horo Horo giggled, blowing raspberries happily as he waved his little arms.
Kirika laughed, looking at Jeane's extended stomach with a bright smile. "Do you have a baby nursery yet?" She asked Conan. Rune hugged Jeane carefully, shifting her little bundle to one arm with a grin. "I've got a present for Pep." She whispered in her friend's ear, ruffling Mignon's hair. "Oh, and that's Aimee, she's a friend of mine. Long story."

Vincent moved closer to her, very cautiously and ignoring his sister's loud protests. He carefully reached out a hand. "Baaae?" He asked, tilting his head.
"Ahrughpllkht!" Victoria squealed, charging over to him.
Little dog ears pricked at Tao. "Pwah?" He extended his own hand to meet Tao's. "Pooint."
Another grimace from the blue haired man. " 'Daddy' isn't exactly a term I'd apply to myself." He said to Aimee. Twizzler looked up at them.
"Yeah. He's Bob, silly." The skullmonkey said, sitting on the man's foot. Bob reached down and gave him a pat.
"No nursery." Conan frowned. "We're a little crowded in here. She'll probably make the baby crash in her room."
Jeane returned the hug. "A present? Oh, my." She grinned slightly, looking over at the woman, who was still engrossed with Horo Horo.

Angel nodded, pleased, and touched his hand with her own. "Baee." She smiled, looking puzzled at Victoria. "Baee?"
"Pooint sarp." Tao grinned, showing off slight fangs. He liked this kid! Digging into the diaper bag, he found a teething ring and offered it to Inu. "Good chew."
Aimee just grinned, eyes bright with amusement, and her eyes flicked to the bundle in Rune's arm. Rune herself laughed as Horo Horo giggled, giving Pepito a slightly drooly baby kiss. "Annnee Pep-o." He looked quite pleased with himself.
"Crowded?" Rose raised an eyebrow. "You mean your house isn't bigger on the inside than on the outside?" Kirika, too, looked rather worried. "But Conan, everybody needs their own room!"

Pep glowed at the baby kiss. "Bob-"
"No." He replied, fists in his pockets. She sighed.
"Bigger on the inside than the outside?" Conan shook his head. "No. I share my room with Draco, Vin, Rene, and Daisuke. Granted, Daisuke doesn't take much room. He's like four inches tall. Rene should be in with the girls, but she doesn't get along with them." He looked over at the girl, who glowered at him.

(*laughs* Nothing - just working on journal / reorganizing stuff, and laughing 'cause Pep's baby is the first one with the new look. Little demon Tenjutsu.)
"Ahhhh, Bob, you shouldn't be like that." Rune grinned evilly, and Aimee deftly scooped little Horo Horo from his "auneee Pep" as the Slider set her blanketed bundle in the demon's arms instead. "Especially since there's a sweet little present in here for you too."
As though on cue, the bundle stirred and whimpered softly. Part of the tucked blanket fell away, and a pair of large, innocent eyes stared up at Pepito, blinking from beneath a small, fuzzy pair of horn nubs. "Maaa?"
Mirelle's mouth dropped open at Conan's little bit of news; Chloe, too, looked astonished, and Rose's eyebrows lifted as she actually took her face from her book to stare. Kirika blinked, startled. "But - you should have a room with computers and stuff, all the detective things. And a library!" She almost sounded dismayed. "And Rene should have her own room to make pretty and keep her sisters out when she wants, and Vinnie should have his own room, and Daisuke should have a special place just for him, like Kairnai does!"
(Kairnai is their faerie sibling - about the same size as Daisuke, actually. She has a little tiny room inside a regular room filled with waterfalls and stuff. xd )
