Here are the rules/statements for you concerning minimum requirements, modding, etc.
All of the non-red colored text apply to the crew members as well, but the red colored text ONLY applies to the crew.
1. ToS
1a. Follow all rules of the ToS.
1ai. Please see specifically number four and all it entails.
1b. Violation of the ToS will result in an immediate ban and a report to the Gaian staff.
2. Subforums
2a. I realize that one crew member cannot moderate all of the RP threads; therefore, there are different subforums for RP threads and each will be moderated by a certain guild member.
2b. I realize that if I wish to RP in a thread made by a crew member, I must go to his/her subforum.
2c. I realize that the crew members have the right to ban me if I post a new thread in a crew members' subforum.
2d. I realize that if I wish to start my own RP thread that I can go to the "RPing threads (created by non-crew members)" subforum.
Crew Subforums:
2e. I realize that one crew member cannot mod all of the RP threads therefore I will control my subforum of RPs (that I make).
2f. I needn't RP in these threads.
2g. I will run my subforum under the guild rules, though I may have more restrictions.
2h. I reserve the right to ban anyone who posts a new thread in my subforum, unless it is the Captain or Vice Captain concerning management rules.
2i. I will check the other subforums (those not run by crew members) when I have time or when the Captain asks of me.
3. Posts and Role Playing
3a. I will make a bare minimum of four posts a month, although about 10 [ten] posts a month would be ideal.
3b. I realize that if I do not give an excuse for posting less than four posts a month for two or more months I will be banned.
3c. Role Play postings must be literate. We will allow a little bit of wiggle room to train if you are not literate.
3ai. I will make a bare minimum of 6 [six] posts a month, though the Captain wishes that crew members post about 15 [fifteen] posts a month.
3bi. I realize that if I do not give an excuse for posting less than 6 [six] posts a month for two or more months that I will be demoted, to which the minimum posts for the month is 4 [four] though the Captain would prefer more.
3ci. Crew members must be literate. There will be no wiggle room nor training for crew.

3d. Killings/razings/wounds must be okay-ed with the other roleplayer before they are made. (This is usually called "no god modding".) Let others make their own motions.
Battle Roleplaying - Take One
This is a battle roleplay with one character against another. Good Roleplayer reads what his co-roleplayer puts down then moves his character. Look below:

Opponent Roleplayer
After trying to make a devastating blow, the vampire stumbles and tries to regain his foothold before the elf attacks.
Good Roleplayer
The elf sees his opponent stumble and jabs his sword forward, attacking the vampire.
See how this is a good roleplaying? Good Roleplayer does not make the sword hit the vampire. That's only for Opponent Roleplayer to decide.
Battle Roleplaying - Take Two
Bad Roleplayer is not as nice as Good Roleplayer is. He doesn't follow the rules. After seeing his opponent stumble, what does he do? The wrong choice....
Bad Roleplayer did not let Opponent Roleplayer decide his character's fate. He also didn't let the vampire (who can be quick on their feet) to try dodging the attack. This is called god-modding: choosing the fate for the other character, who is not your own. Bad choice! Try again, but don't god-mod.
Opponent Roleplayer
After trying to make a devastating blow, the vampire stumbles and tries to regain his foothold before the elf attacks.
Bad Roleplayer
The elf sees his opponent stumble and jabs his sword forward, skewering the vampire. He laughs as the vampire dies on his silver sword saying, "Thought you could finish me off, huh? Think again."
Bad Roleplayer did not let Opponent Roleplayer decide his character's fate. He also didn't let the vampire (who can be quick on their feet) to try dodging the attack. This is called god-modding: choosing the fate for the other character, who is not your own. Bad choice! Try again, but don't god-mod.
Battle Roleplaying - Take Three
Another way to god-mod is for your own character, making them super-beings. This is also not permitted. This is how it should be, especially if the attack is a straight-on attack.
Good Roleplayer

Opponent Roleplayer
The elf sees his opponent stumble and jabs his sword forward, attacking the vampire.
Good Roleplayer
The vampire manages to dodge the jab of the sword, slicing his left side. He feels the sharp pain of the wound, but he stands up straight and continues to fight.
Battle Roleplaying - Take Four
As always, Bad Roleplayer is messing up the rules. Here, he's trying to god-mod his character after someone attacks him with a full-on attack. (Nevermind that the first post from Bad Roleplayer is a good one post.)
Ouch. Bad Roleplayer god-modded to miss the attack. The slashing part is fine, if he lets Opponent Roleplayer enough time to react (and if Opponent Roleplayer is okay with this lost 3-20 seconds of time in the Roleplay thread), but the missing the attack by 'sensing' the attack coming {especially into the air about 7 feet RIGHT before the attack} is NOT okay. That's god-modding - not to be in this guild.

The elf's sword slices the air two feet below his feet. He doesn't wait for the elf's reaction before landing behind the elf and slashing at his back.

4. Advertisements for Other Guilds
4a. I realize that it is not my place to advertise another guild without the approval of the Captain of this guild and the other guild.
4b. Advertisements for other guilds must be posted in the proper place.
5. Absences
5a. I will inform the Captain of my time away from Calamity so to avoid more calamity for the guild.
5ai. I will inform my subforum if I am to be away from the guild for a bit.
6. Training
6a. I realize that crew members may train me in their subforum under their rules as long as the training is under the guild rules.
6b. I realize that I may train in the crew member's subforum and still RP in other subforums.
6c. I realize that I might be asked to train in more than one subforum.
7. Behavior
7a. I promise to behave myself.
7b. If I have problems with guild members (crew or non-crew), I will try to solve the problem between us. If we cannot solve the problem between the two of us, I will bring the issue up in front of the guild.
7c. I realize that if I offend any crew member (especially the Captain) that I run the risk of being banned.
7ci. I realize that if I offend any crew member (especially the Captain) that I run the risk of being demoted or banned, depending on my behavior.
8. Introductions
8a. I will, after signing this, introduce myself in the "Welcome! Introduce yourself! : D " thread.
9. Understanding
9a. I have read these rules/statements and, by using the code belowhand, I agree to follow them as a part of this guild.
9b. If I wish my mules and other accounts to be part of the guild I will include [in my post] their signature.
9c. If I do not understand these rules/statements, I will ask before signing.
9d. If I do not agree with these rules/statements, I will quit the guild.
9e.I have read the rules/statements of the NON-CREW MEMBERS and I know how to gently remind non-crew members of these rules, keeping them to their word/vow.
9f.If I do not understand or agree with these rules/statements, I will ask the Captain to demote me so that I may quit the guild.

Other need to know information:
1. Monthly 10k Contest
1a. I realize that if I do not post my required posting minimum a month, that the Captain can exclude me from her subforum and from the monthly 10k contest, which takes place the fifteenth of each month.
1b. I understand that each month is a new month and that, if from the sixteenth of the first month to the fifteeth of the second month I posted at least the minimum, I may be allowed to enter the Captain's subforum and the contest.
1c. I realize that I may not win the monthly 10k contest twice in a row.
2. Donations
2a. I realize that donating gold does not give me a benefit towards becoming or staying a crew member, nor staying a non-crew member of the guild.
