A long before the Japanese police investigation of finding "Kira", Yagami Light and L have decided to side together against Near and Mello. L has been secretly brainwashed. The both side are now in possession of a death note and neither of them know the real names of each other. The eye of the reaper/Shinigami may come useful, but the methods of preventing one from seeing others' names have been high improved. In the name of Justice, both sides fight to overcome and rule another.
The story takes place in Japan, only after 24 mysterious heart attacks of the prisoners. Plan attacks within your group (Light&L or Mello&Near), go around in cities, have a few confrontations, etc.
