Basically, it is somewhat like psychologists use while trying to understand a person. "When I say a word, what is the first word that comes to mind?" You use the word of the person above you and write down a word that relates to you.
Jimmy: Coat
Sally: Winter
Greg: Snow
Rick: Hot chocolate
Carol: Hersey's
Ally: Candy
