Basically these villains are the main enemy to the Star Kingdom and Blue Moon Kingdom. (Me and a couple of my friends develop our set of villains, the sailor senshie's with another prince, 2 kingdoms and story plot 2 years ago. 3nodding
They are known as the Black Hole Organization~

I know of a new villain, who is threating to destroy every planet in evey universe. Her name is "The Evil Blackwitch(Mai Chanti)" of Blackcoalium(The Black Planet).
