Rules (the unbreakable, guild spanning kind)
Of Course i have no choice but to follow the TOS and I must act if the TOS is voilated. So in turn rule 1: follow the TOS.
Rule 2: I tend to stay out of conflicts. If it is necessary i will step in. My ruling is final. My word is the last.
Rule 3: My staff will handle the day to day issues. That is to say if there is an issue they are the ones to see first. If said issue is beyond their ablity to handle or you wish a revisiting of the issue see me.
Rule 4: The person who made the thread is the boss of the thread. their rules must follow these but they may add and enforce whatever they want. they are encouraged to find the right home for their threads where the rules are similar and in the spirt of the thread. but this is not manditory
