Just to say I won't be on Rs much anymore due to WoW. I've just had some friends down that are quite experienced at the game and drummed me into it. I've just gotten the 10 day trial and its ******** awesome! I don't see me leaving this game for awhile! -Intends to buy the full game with BC and own!-

I mean look at Jagex's behaviour recently in the last year, they're pathetic. It's as if they don't care about us and just in there for themselfs. Everything they do causes outrage, it's a joke. rolleyes

Chef Penny Don't be a hater. Everyone has to move on to better things some day, right? I mean look at Jagex's behaviour recently in the last year, they're pathetic. It's as if they don't care about us and just in there for themselfs. Everything they do causes outrage, it's a joke. rolleyes
I saw this coming a long way off Penny. You'll be back, you usually come back. Just do me a favor and don't be all snobby saying "Rs blows for this reason, and this reason, and WoW is so much better", because many of us do enjoy Runescape.

Never was getting Snobby never will. I've respect the game RuneScape and had many memories on it. Never will say WoW or Rs is better I just think Jagex can do a much better job and think everyone could agree for that.
In the end it's for my enjoyment so i'll be moving on.

Most people bitching about these updates just seem to be those who can't embrace change. i still see people crying about making a riot to bring back the Wildy. The Wildy is still there people, and PKing is too. Like I've said before, BH has its advantage over the old Wildy PKing. You're sure to get some action there. Clan Wars and FOG bring in a little bit of the excitement of hunting down people in a large battlefield without being attacked at every second. Who knows what Jagex has planned though. I mean, they are planning other pvp games, and I'm sure at least one of them will have that old Wildy sense.

Kail, quit trying to argue with penny, hes much better than you.
And have fun on WoW penny :p, its good to take a break from one game for a different one for awhile,
It is GOOD TO MOVE ON TO BETTER THINGS

Don't instantly be wow hating either people. Penny isn't preaching about the "evils of prolonged yew cutting" and tbh he doesn't need to. If he's found a game he enjoys more than rs then it's only right he should end up playing it more. razz
Ps: Air, I've never come back because the two things I found fun were removed from the game. Edgeville pking, with full dharoks and staking expensive items in the game to try and win a phat.
Both were removed in one patch and that's why I have no intentions of coming back to rs for any length of time.
Pps: Kail, Penny made a valid statement in my eyes. Jagex were looking for the quickest and easiest solution to botting and in the process removed and hashed up elements of the game that people found enjoyable.
