The large male lion walked quietly into the lands that a unique, large rock formation contained. He was a rogue, but had been in this land a few time before. The pridealdsn were always one of that with the nicer lions. At least, they were last time he was here.
Brown eyes scanned the area, noting a few gazelle to the left, as well as birds flying above his head. He gave a pearly white smile, watching them for a moment before advancing forward. His red pelt stuck out far more that the average neutral colored feline.
But Ukir wasn't causing a threat to the lands. At least, he didn't plan on it. He was just mosing about, crossing the east border to get to the one on the other side. He was just...how would you say it...exploring a bit before continuing his journey.

A giggle slipped from the young cubs maw as he kept his belly low, close to the ground as he made his way quickly through the tall grasses. He had successfully snuck away from his parent's watchful eye much like his mother used to do when she was his age. He never wandered far but with each time he got away he'd venture out just a little farther than before. He simply loved the feeling he received. It was simply like a game to the brown cub.
Another giggle passed through his lips as he paused in his little game of hide 'n' seek lifting his head looking about in every direction watching, waiting for some sign of either of his parents. Content that neither were in sight he ducted back down stalking through the grasses playing a game of waiting. That was until a butterfly made it's way past him.
Eyes widening in delight he sprang after the brightly colored insect. "Miss Butterfly! Wait for me!"

Ukir heard a small voice. His ears flickered into the direction of the sound slowly turning his gaze to a small cub bouncing after a butterfly. Brown eyes focused on the male, noting his coloring. A light brown cub, white markings and…wait? Was that…Nah it couldn’t be… Moving towards the cub, he kept his eyes on the youngster. He knew that marking. But it could be a coincidence, right?
The adult male sat a few feet from the cub, watching him chase the butterfly before calling out, “Hello there” he greeted calmly. Before making any assumptions, it's probably best to find the facts first.

Ini had paused in his prance to stick his butt in the air aiming to pounce at the butterfly when someone called to him. At least he was almost positive that he was the one being spoken to. Confusion flickering across his features for the shortest bit he turned his head to the left, then the right and back and forth until he found the red male that called him. Tilting his head a smile broke out across his maw as he moved from his pouncing position into a sitting position. "Hi mister!" He called cheerfully his tail moving back and forth against the ground.
The little youngster was very much like his mother in almost all aspects. He had her bubbly, playful personality and looked almost the exact same as she did. Of course some of his traits, appearance wise, were taken from his grandmother but there was very much at least one thing he inherited from his father. The mark that decorated his shoulder was one he had received through his father's genetics and he couldn't be more thrilled about it. After all it gave him something in common with the dark male.
