In Towns lately we had the idea of Centaur elders.
Three elders, one black, grey, and bay.
They'd each represent different aspects of the guild and be a sort of leader/form of guidance.
They'd need to be mature, responsible centaurs.
Just sort of throwing the idea out there, and brainstorming about ways to choose perhaps.
Add to the idea if you'd like mrgreen

I think we ought to have nominees, and a poll. Make it a bit like an election where the nominees give speeches and such.

its defo a good idea!
the nominees can tell us what they would do for each group
maby you can only vote for the leader of your group only also?

I think that's a good idea, but I think one of each should deal with the certain elements of the centaurs as well.
Or we could have three in charge of each aspect, of the three aspects.
Creating nine elders in total.
Just throwing that idea out there. ^^

Aiswen I think we ought to have nominees, and a poll. Make it a bit like an election where the nominees give speeches and such. Yeah, we should get to see their views and how they discuss them, instead of randomly drawing names and voting.

But if we add in the elements, such as warriors, pacifists, seers/mages, that's another three separate divisions. So we could have other elders to monitor that in each of the different groups. ^^ Does it make sense?

Okay, I suppose that's a good idea. One centaur for each of the aspects in each group, so that'd be nine in total, three for each. It'd give more people more chances.
And I think the speeches and what else should be posted in the guild, because it gives better access to the members, it'll stay there for people who couldn't be on at the time for the speeches.
I'll talk to the plot people if I can whee
