Hey ladies, i am not sure but it seems like these days many girls are obsessed with either vampires, werewolves or both I have read, 3 of 4 books from the Twilight series, and am so excited about the 4th coming out on August 2
How many ladies here have read this series? Are you team edward or team jacob, or undecided?
This is pretty much just a place to talk about the books, the upcoming movie (Dec. 12) and vampires or werewolves in general.
Just have fun. There is also a petition going around on gaia, about twilight items. Please vote!
All gaia rules and TOS apply. Please no flaming other people, or their opinions. We all have our own opinions, and that is ok. If u must say something about the characters, give a good reason why you feel that way.

I am obsessed with the Twilight series, and I cannot wait for the next book and the movie. I love vampires, though I'm torn between team Jacob and team Edward. I feel bad for Jacob, but I'm not a big fan of werewolves, I've always like vampires more. I just hope Bella finally becomes a vampire in this book.

I have read and own all four books of this series. I am patiently waiting for the movie to release. I've seen previews. It looks very epic. As for an in particular team... I don't have one. I see them both as equals in a way.

*sigh* I dislike that series. I don't see what everyone seems to like about her books. They bore me. Give me my Palahniuk over Meyer any day.

I loved Twilight. I read it more then 150 times. New Moon, it was alright. I actually enjoyed it. Eclipse, it was meh. I was kind of angry Bella wasn't turned yet. Breaking Dawn was an epic fail. Hated it.
Stephenie Meyer isn't a good writer. She's an alright storyteller, but not a good writer. Not great. Definitely not the next J.K. Rowling.
As for the movie, I'm looking forward to it! I just hope they don't make anything after this one. >.<

I loved both the books and the movie. I always think books are better than movies, in so many ways. Although, I've got to admit. Edward Cullen is gorgeous..lol.. in my defense, I really thought he was adorable when he was Cedric Diggory..lol..

If you're in Twilight withdrawals....... I've discovered another series for the vamp lovers like myself....
Night World a series by L.J. Smith.
She writes similarlly to Stephanie Meyer... so its pretty good.
