I just now became a fan of Cornelia Funke's book InkHeart and I can't wait to read InkSpell. I'm actually not that far into the book yet, around page 120. It's really great though, I'm not going to be a book spoiler but everything that happens in the book draws me in closer until my eyes are tired from reading so long. But I haven't read it for a while because I've been busy with summer and all. I'm planning on reading more tomorrow morning or so.
Anyway, what do you guys think of InkHeart and InkSpell (please no spoilers)?

I tried reading that once but I stopped cause nothing was happening in the beginning where I was. But I'm going to try to reread it cause their making a movie about it and if I know a movie has a book to it I try to read the book.

lol..i loved inkheart and inkspell..but honestly, i can barely remember what happened in either of them lol...i just remember really liking it..im going to reread it before the movie comes out if i can find where the hell it is! lol

i do have to admit that it was more a childrens book than anything else...not as sophisticated as many other fantasy novels as far as i remember...but still good i think..lol..dunno if ill like it much the 2nd time around..

Yeah, I kinda sorta loved both of them! ^^ I can't wait till Inkdeath comes out! =)
I probably have to reread the first two books too though before I start the third or see the movie. xD They're pretty long.

well I have allways wanted to read Inkheart, Inkspell and Inkdeath but they are not available in any bookstore here in Iceland... I guess I will just have to let them order it for me or order it from amazon
^^ I have read about that series and i think it is really good ^^

i totaly luved inkheart and luved ink spell eaven more i have hiey hopes for inkdeth. i cant wait 4laugh biggrin

I read the first book a few years ago, and just recently found out that the series continued, I'm excited now and have aquired the second book.

i read all three books, unfortunately, (if you don't want me to spoil the ending for you, don't read this) the ending of the third one i found kind of suckish. neutral

i liked the first one. the second one not so much. as well i just stopped going to see movies based off books if i have read them. they always suck and are never as good as book ^_^

The end of the second book was so disappointing to me that I haven't actually gotten around to the third...I'm not even completely done with the second but I found out some details and didn't pick it back up....*sigh*

The third book was amazing, until the end. I mean come on. Not going to give anything away, the ending was good but it could have been better. READ IT!!!! twisted twisted twisted
