Mornings were so lovely in his little valley. Ellessar slept till dawn under some brush and awoke every morning to make his daily travel to the beach, rain or shine. He loved to collect shells, tucking them into his tail as he found them so he could bring them home and lay them out on the ground for others (the local recluse skinwalker) to admire. This morning Ellessar felt quick and jovial so he set off before having breakfast hoping there would be some sea grass washed on the shore. He enjoyed the salty taste of the grass, it was much more enjoy able to eat then earth bound grass which was more bland and bitter. Ellessar trotted on, thinking about how he might collect some sea grass to dry and keep for later when he saw a strange blue usdia laying on the edge of a small patch of woods. He quietly headed to her to see if she was sleeping, as it was only just dawn. Noticing her lids shut, he headed back a little further from her, so he would not disturb her when she woke. He didn't think he would be too thrilled at all to find a stranger standing over his shoulder. Ellessar stood and waited, not minding how much more she slept. He would wait all day just for a moment to chat with the odd beauty.

Princess Pocket Lint was sleeping peacefully under a tree near the edge of the woods. She really didn't think of hiding herself better, finding herself safe in the area. She didn't think she would travel outside of her secret hiding spot where she was always safe from danger, but as the days past, she felt more willing to sleep outside of her safe "home". She had found the woods near the sea peaceful. The sounds of the waves crashing had easily lulled her to sleep, and the bright stars over the ocean had make the place more pleasureable to sleep near.
Eventually, the usdia mare managed to stir from her sleep. She slowly opened her eyes, catching sight of the ground first. The mare slowly brought her head up and yawned, her eyes closing sleepily as she yawned. She blinked a little, still missing the obvious presence of the male near her and stretched her tired limbs out, trying to wake her body up. Her ears flickered, recognizing the crashing waves, missing the stranger whom was watching her.
(( I must say, Elle there is quite the creeper. XD ))

(He's not trying to be a creeper, he's just silly when it comes to mares)
Ellessar grinned ear to ear and then shook his head, trying to regain a gentlmanly posture. He never got silly when it came to mares, why would he now? He looked at her lovely faded turquise colored pelt and looked at her lovely braided mane and tail and then he knew why he was losing his head a bit. Ellessar shook his head and stepped back, trying to make his presence noticed, but surely failing. He then took a bold move, stepped forward again and spoke. " 'ello miss, m' names Ellessar." He grinned softly, bowing low in greeting and in respect.

(( XD Okay, he is silly. ))
Pocket Lint just blinked, hearing an unrecognizable voice. Her ears twitched, as she looked up to see a male usdia approaching her. The mare started to feel anxiety bubbling up in her body as she looked at the stallion warily. She could only nod at his greeting, somewhat scooting back away from him, not even thinking that could send off a message of disgust. Although, his mannerisms confused her. Why would he bow? She could only look at him, as well as keeping a good distance between him and her.

Ellessar became nervous. Not because she was so lovely, but because she too was nervous. "Did I wake you? Oh, I'm so sorry." He shook his head in dismay. "I didn't want to startle you. Only ask for your company." He kept saying sorry, backing off slowly. He kept his head low, apologetic and respectful. If she found him repulsive, he would leave her. Best not be where you are not wanted, he thought and he stepped back.

Pocket Lint took a moment longer before shaking her head at his question. "N-no. I woke up b-by myself." She said in a soft voice, that anyone would have to strain to hear. The usdia mare could only feel bad that he seemed to think that she had taken offense. The mare tried to smile a bit, trying to reassure it was okay. "I-It's okay.. I just d-didn't expect t-to find somebody to f-find me when I w-woke up." She said softly, averting her gaze away from his shyly. Her tail twitched behind her. "Wh-what brings you h-here?" She asked, keeping her gaze away from the other usdia.
