Even though it lacks originality, I'm gonna have to go with Mello from Death Note.
I'm sorry, but those two are too much alike:
- HOT BLONDES
- Both 19 years old...I think. O.o
- Have red-headed partners who died before they did...T-T
- Use explosives
- Show emotion quite a few times
- Willing to work with people they dislike if need be: Mello with Near and Deidara with Tobi
Yup. I think that's about everything I can think of.

for some reason, i think of cornelia from W.I.T.C.H. ?! i know weird. but it make sence. both are:
blonde
use earth based powers/jutsu
serious about what they do
have redhaired partners
have blue eyes
i know, strange. i also think of mello from deathnote. you guys guys know why.
