Welcome to Gaia! ::

Kyo had been traveling with companies for sometime throughout the world of Gaia. They had been passing a near by foredt when they thought it would be good to stop and rest. Kyo and young boy at the age of 17 was given orders to stand watch for a while. Time had passed and it was late but it was still his shift. Suddenly something caught his eyes in the woods and he stood up to check to motion out. Soon as he entered the entered the woods his eyes landed on the most beautiful women he had ever seen but still she was dangerous.
"Excuse ma'am, but are you lost?" He asked kindly.
"Things will for ever change, and things you know will no longer be," the strange women spoke before his world went blank.

It was several hours later when he awoke, visions of the womens red eyes haunted him as soon as he stood. Kyo could hear his friend calling his name but it sounded so far away, but he still heard them perfectly. Everything about him felt different, he could hear everything and smell the world around him. He set off to find his friends in hopes to find out the truth of what happened. As he approached on of his friends they were unfortunate because in the moment the wind blew, blowing their scent right to his nose. Suddenly as it came Kyo's instincts took over, for he was young and had no control. Within the hour his friends were dead, drained of their life. Kyo cried silently over his lost for hours before he left the woods.

For many years he traveled by himself, careful to avoid humans at all cost. He was aware what he had become and try as much as possible to discipline himself. It wasn't until a day when he come acroos a small town burning down. No one looked to be alive so he thought it would be safe to enter. In the small town he came across someone that would forever change his ways. There on the ground was a small crying orphan. As she as she saw him she ran and clinged to his leg. She followed him for months, though few words ever passed between them but he kept her alive made sure she was feed. When he came across a family who would take care of her he left her in their care. But not before she handed him a flower and smiled up at Kyo. Though he never saw her again, his life was changed by the small girl who treated him like everyone else, that he wasn't as horrible as he thought to be.
